I have car as well as pet insurance. Claiming for pet expenses are easy and customer friendly. Never claimed on car insurance and am a satisfied customer
Bonitas may be awarded as best medical aid, but sadly this had not been my experience. I moved places of employment in 2021 and completed and submitted all paperwork to have membership fees deducted by debit order. The first debit order that had to be deducted, they made an error and deducted double payments. Thereafter I rather opted to EFT payments. According to them there system is unable to pick up payments from ABSA and on many occasions received a sms stating that I am in arrears with my membership fee. This is despite the fact that my membership number is stated on my proof of payment. I went the extra mile and started sending them proof of payment. I received a stupid email from them stating that it is not necessary to send them proof of payment when my membership number reflects on my payment (which is the case) I have sent friendly mails and some extremely insulting mails to them, but with no joy. Every time someone phone to apologize and my membership is re-instated after it had been terminated on an perfectly up to date account. I am at the end of my patience with them. Thank goodness I am healthy, but dread if I should have an emergency and need them to be there for me. According to their brochure, unlimited fillings are covered, but low and behold, when you claim, only five fillings are covered I can't express how disappointed I am with Bonitas. Am also sure that I will receive the standard reply of sincere apologies AND next month the whole process will be repeated. Who is not doing their job, what accountability is there fot this shoddy service?
The staff is unbelievable! They are friendly and efficient. My daughter's bracelet broke and also had a charm that needed repairs. Bernadette assisted in such an awesome manner, that I will recommend people go to Clearwater branch for anything Pandora. I have not experienced such amazing customer care in years.
My friend presented with a strangulated umbilical hernia and was taken to Flora Cinic. The treatment we received from all staff was amazing. From the moment we arrived at casualty and moved on in the chain of treatment everybody was super efficient and friendly. After being admitted to ward F the care and service was awesome. Dr Kiss and his team (including his assistant and dr Kolling was the best) Rest asured that your loved ones are in good hands when treated at Flora Clinic. It is so easy to complain, but I can only praise these frontline workers for going the extra mile. We appreciate you and all the sacrifices you make.
I would recommend Mark Wienand to everybody. The best experience I have ever had at an optometrist. Consulting rooms are neat and customer friendly. Friendly and competent staff. Puts you at ease, is extremely good with children. Explains everything he does and the reason for it. Is contracted in with medical aids and does not put you out of pocket.
I can not let this day pass without commending Sandy Sicoco in the Centurion branch for his exceptional service. We had no joy with any phone call and e-mails to other people. I went into the branch and landed at Sandy's desk. He was courteous, listened to the problem and went out of his way to resolve the matter. He called to give feedback at the time he said he would. Kept me in the loop at all times as to where we were in the process. This man is a great human being and a huge asset to Standard Bank. He deserves some kind of an award. In fact, if I had a say, I would pay him double his salary. His work ethics and how he treats customers is worth far more than hours of adverti*****t time on tv.
