Farm Manager Ian de Villiers and Anneline -second time now I've received as a kind gift from a dear friend - first gift picked too early strawberries no flavour, picked to early so they rotted before ripening and more recently an an avo that was so bruised when ripened that it was inedible as a second gift-this stuff doesn't come cheap. I complained about the strawberries and Anneline asked what she should do about them duh? -replace them and apologise - no replacement ever came in spite of giving them my address and they had my gift bestowers gift. The produce comes in that naff straw nest box as if to somehow make up for duping the public with its elite feel- public be aware
Great service from Paul and Hein always but 1 star for Ayanda Radebe gives Fuji service in Gauteng a really bad name - no customer skills, bad service doesn't return customers emails, asks for invoices he already has and his technical skills are nought -my camera arrive back after having the back display replaced at R5k and its all fuzzy -
Between Octotel and Afrihost -my wifi is dropping 1x a day at least Its totally unacceptable -it makes us all look so unprofessional and 3rd world
1)The wifi drops at least once a day 2)They use grey modems 3) The modem cant get a signal from another room 4)They are expensive for what you get 5)They keep hanging on the line 6)There is no after hours service =they don't give a dam about their clients as long as they get your money
DONT USE AFRIHOST -SHOULD BE RENAMED AFRIHOAX 1) MY INTERNET GOES DOWN AT LEAST ONCE A DAY, OFTEN IN CRUCIAL WORK MOMENTS, 2)THERE IS NO AFTER HOURS SERVICE 3)YOUR RATES ARE HIGH 4) YOU USE GREY PRODUCT LIKE POOR QUALITY MODEMS WHOSE SIGNAL IS SO WEAK.YOU CANT GET INTERNET IN ANOTHER ROOM OF A SMALL HOUSE -CLEARLY YOU DONT VELIEVE IN CUSTOMER CARE OR QUALITY CONTROL- ITS A DISGRACE - you just dont care a dam about your clients DO YOU?
So i bought a pack of 3 lenses for a cellphone - they took forever to arrive - the box inside the packaging was open and there were only 2 lenses -the lenses are poor quality - waste of money - cant get hold of a human to speak to and they dint respond to email as a friend said they probably are selling all the grey products that no one else will take - first time and the last
