I submitted a claim through the King Price app and was contacted within minutes. Claim, thus far, being handle very well. I was assisted by Celine Kleynhans who was very friendly, empathetic and efficient.
Had my vehicle serviced on the 10th Nov. No issues with the service it self but the following day I saw that the bonnet had a dent that was not there when I took it in. I was phoned to collect my vehicle around 3pm and was in a hurry to get back to work so I didn't see the damage immediately. They insist that it was not them and even tried telling me someone might have tried to break into the car. There are no scratch marks on the outside and it is clear that the damage was done from the inside - like someone closing the bonnet on something hard. They even tried telling me that I might have had someone open the bonnet after the service - why would I do this if the vehicle was just serviced? I also tried asking them if they can assist with the process of getting it fixed as I am not sure what to do and they clearly aren't going to accept responsibility. I have not received anymore feedback after I asked that. My mail was sent on the 19th Nov and still nothing. They even sent me photo proof that my vehicle was 100% when I took it in. No proof that it was received in the same order and I didn't to check as it has never before been necessary. I have been a client of this branch for a couple of years now and always received excellent service. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.
I have been trying to sort out an issue with DSTV Stream for more than a week. I have made contact twice now without much help. My primary device suddenly doesn't open any of the content on the app. This after it has been working fine. It is still working perfectly on the 2 other devices that we are using. I have now been on the "Live Chat" with an "Ellen" trying to sell me other products and telling me my decoder is offline - I DO NOT HAVE A DECODER!! It is a streaming app! Then she tells me I don't have streaming account. We have been going back and forth for an hour now and still no closer to a solution.
I want to cancel my account as it is getting to expensive. I have tried phoning - no answer after holding for almost 30 minutes. I have tried the chat function on the app - no reply. I have e-mailed the only address I could find - complaints@mweb.co.za - no reply. I have left a message on Facebook - no reply. I don't know what to do more to get this account closed.

I placed a review on Hellopeter on the 13th May after having struggled with them to get a refund. Same day they reply (suddenly) on my emails as well as the review. Full of excuses and promises. 23 May I receive a email (after harassing them again) requesting documents for the refund - which I sent immediately. Promise made that refund will take place in 5 to 7 working days. It is now 14 working days and yet again - NOTHING!!! No emails get answered - not even an automatic reply to acknowledge receipt. I just want my money back.
Was admitted to casualty Nov last year. Received no account and assumed MA paid. Suddenly started receiving phone calls from laywers last month. I asked for a statement. No reply from Linmed accounts. No communication except after my account was handed to a laywer. I made a payment last week and again received a laywers email this morning. Accounts dept should get their act together, send out statements immediately and communicate with patients. If I knew about this account it would have been paid in December already.
At first I received accounts and demands to pay my account. Which I started doing in monthly instalments. In the meantime my MA paid the account in full. I was not aware of this. I also stopped receiving statements from them. After sending emails requesting a statement I FINALLY got a statement which now shows a credit of R1600. I have requested a refund but I am getting NO reply what so ever on my request.
Really disappointed in MWEB and Vumatel.... Our fibre has been off since Tuesday. Have tried to phone both companies. No answer. Have sent messages on Messenger. MWeb answered back and told me to phone their call centre...... Sure.... Still no answer..... Vumatel sent a message that they will get back to me..... Still waiting..... WHAT THE HELL???? How am I supposed to sort this out if I can't get hold of anyone??
