Very poor. I have been a loyal customer for years but today I'm so disgusted. The staff have no interest in being there and the manager stops to chat with someone else while she can see that I am furious and waiting to speak to her. What an example is she for the rest of the staff members. I paid for a cool drink that I didn't even get to top it all off. In all my fury I didn't even notice and now I must drive out R50 petrol to collect a R20 cool drink. I am completely disgusted they can keep the 20 because that is the last money they wil' see from my pocket. 20 years of choosing to spend my money there at least once a week... I'm disgusted need to start buying food elsewhere any suggestions?
This is just a warning to all new Avon Reps. I have just joined the Avon community and after I shared my Avon Personalized Online Shop link to my family and friends their orders were given to other Representatives within AVON. Avon products are wonderful and affordable but if you really want to support the representative which introduced you to the company place your order with them personally. I have informed Avon of my experience and I do hope that it will be sorted out.
Just to warn everybody who is considering to use this service to think twice. what the say and what they do are two totally different things. I was informed this is a month to month there is no contractual obligation for a term of use. But now they keeping me liable for months in which I did not even receive a service and the reason I switched to a different provider was because the internet was always slow more than one person in the household could not log on . it was just all in all the worse experience so please people be careful.
Everytime I have issues with these people I complain then after they take their time to resolve I am just so grateful that it is done that I forgive whatever went wrong. But can I just say that every single time they find new and creative ways to frustrate me. Only God can save me from developing a severe medical condition at this point. It is just not worth even trying to talk to these people basic common sense and logic is just not there.
People honestly please think twice before you ever ever get involved with Webafrica. Today after I chatted to three consultants (neither of which could resolve my issue by the way) I asked that my contract be with them be cancelled and what the procedure in this regard actually is........... three hours later I am still waiting all I see is "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying...... They are quick to take their debit order but when you are experiencing issues you must speak to a robot and then better yet speak to incompetent call agents via whatsapp chat oh and by the way you could hang on for a agent for 3 hours but God forbid that they wait for three minutes then they end your chat and tell you they see you done chatting. I am so over this I just want this damn service cancelled I never ever want to hear or see the Name WebAfrica again ever!!!!!

I searched for content online a grade 2 reader which forms part of my child's curriculum and I was referred to this site. I opted for a 7 day free trial (but had to sign up to gain access) and within minutes of being on the webpage noticed that it contained nothing of value and cancelled my subscription. Low and behold an amount is still debited from my account even though I am still within the 7 day free trial. Do not do not ever use this site they are a bunch of scammers.
