I was employed my cavibrands/Prestige cosmetic I had a bad experience and got demotivated...I worked on counter with a lady we did everything 50/50 the sales the shift the facials but i knew she had more experience then me was there longer then me but one day not knowing she showed me her payslip and I was shocked she was getting double my salary i was devastated and felt i was been taking for a fool the most important thing was sales and our counter did good but to be paid half of what the person worked 50 50 on every broke my heart Got depressed wonder was a race card bieng played her or my desperation of wanting a job to help my family taken for granted ....i spoke to my rep and she said i must just come to work and stop being a big baby i didn't she send me emails saying if i don't come to work im dismissed until this day i have neva been called for a hearing or even know if i was fired or not i could even claim UIF coz I was .....i wonder what was they conclusion coz till this day HR has neva reached out...it owk clearly we are of no importance but we the sales ppl are the once dat make profit it still hurts to this day and im not gonna stop telling my story and until i get an apology and classification on why they did what they did.
U can already see with the other reviews that they dat bad its amazing why they still open of business this reward thing is a **** to try and get u hook but it does work coz as soon as u wanna spend point the have alot of story would u even trust them with ur savings or policy and even attempted seeing as they already give u the run around with points u be ask to call savings team just to with draw hahahaha
Fnb Letsoho shopping center they always send us away excuse is the system is slow even now as we speak why open a branch in a spot that doesnt have network just waste of time can the branch be reviewed coz it just a fancy store that is unable to help people
Last month my dad payed dstv on the 24 so since it was reconnected on that day we assumed it our new pay day coz that how it be going for year...just to be told they no the day we agreed upon to pay was the 21st which is a lie too this month on the 24 the day we pay on our dstv was disconnected not a problem we go pay the amount we normally pay but our dstv doesn't get reconnected we call just to be told dstv price went up we owe them R216.00 for the 3 days from the 21st to the 24th its already late. We send someone quickly to go pay...only for the cashier to deposit into a wrong account owk fast forward we call and explain we are told to send the prove of payment to email address we did 4 times here are our references 78578651,78579630,78579456 and 78578651 and after that we called and on of the consultant helped out and our dstv was connected two days later which is today its disconnected again we call and try to get assistance a consultant called Nompumelelo is giving me attitude telling me we now owe 258.00 rand i tell her about the email sent she is not checking everything properly been on a call with her for 30 minutes she said she will call back when she is done barring in mind when the phone got cut off the had already found my e-mails we still waiting....this is one of the reason dstv is losing clients to Netflix and openview they have alot of hidden costs
Never in ur life use a mybux app the will not give u ur money they will keep redirecting YOU exness has them as a payment option dont ever use it i repeat dont use them
The system will approve but the consultant will just decline u dear consultant its not ur money the more loans u give the more interests u get back and ur company grows how do u decline a person earning 40k just coz u called the work place once and no answer
African bank east gate yesterday 2 of their consultant where just sitting there my uncle went in with a pre appoved loan and they refused to help him claim his if pay was wrong on his payslip which was I lie my uncle just lost his partner and just wanted to get the loan approved think it was how he was dressed that mad them undermine him was wearing tracksuit i mean his going thru the most
FNB It is now the forth week everytime i call im told my case has be escalated and will be paid out on Friday if not that im kept to hold for more then 20min.please explain to us how long it takes to process a claim coz we wait for a whole month for the branch to send paper to u department not u department has taken another month to process our claim i would like to
Wrote review on the 26 i got call from fnb but i matter has not been resolved katlehong hlahatsi we are stil unable to deposit money bad service please do bother to call me coz u not fixing the problem if only u knew how many people are struggle coz of this was told the is a maintains guy on field who check i guess he or she doesn't see the importance of fix this on coz its in kasi sad truth coz we make up 70% of u client base take us seriously fnb not this please make sure we are able to recieve slips coz that is another issue we face
I'm in katlehong in Hlahatsi moseu street ever since they removed the branch the ATM has not being working we are unable to deposit money can only withdraw says no deposit if u wanna deposit u need to go to Alberton which is another expense please get ur team to come fix it been month now
