Nu debt has been sending me messages addressed to Mr Chokwe for a Telkom account for a year or so now I have tried to get in touch with them to politely ask them to remove my contact details from their system After several attempts to get them to send this message they are still continuing is there a law against this or a way I can get them to stop as this is annoying and very frustrating Please assist

Good day I am writing this out frustration On the 25th of April I made an online order on the mrp website for a pair of boots for my little I then got confirmation that I will receive the order latest on 2nd of May 2022. To date there hasn't been any delivery from their courier company I have called and used their WhatsApp service and was told day after day that I'll get my order. I am ****ed off and extremely disappointed in mrp for their lack of effort to this matter after making several promises that they will. I need your help.
On the 26th of September I made an online purchase at exact one the tfg stores I got the confirmation that the purchase was successful, however even to this day I still don't have the item I bought, I have communicated and I have been to the store where the item was meant to be delivered to find that it wasn't. I need help to sort this out
I swear Old Mutual must be the worst insurance company i know, for several months i have been trying to simply amend my policy, but im not getting anywhere from the endless unanswered calls to being on hold for 30 min plus to the unattended online chats. This is not how you treat people im paying for this policy and i deserve some recognition i refuse to run after you for a service im paying for
