Just had the most unpleasant customer care service by vodacom. Had a query for them charging me for something I didn't ask for and they also trick customers by sending an sms to say you are going to be subscribed to something if you don't want the item you must dial a special code to stop it from happening instead of the other way around where if you want the item then you can dial the special code to subscribe for it. Back to the customer care the first agent I spoke to did not want to ask me a different security question when I told him that I do not give my ID no over the phone to anyone he must please ask me a different question. He said he can't so I asked to speak to his manager and the manager said that she doesn't know why he didn't want to ask me a different question because he is allowed to. The manager then wasn't able to assist me and said because I did my upgrade instore and not online she can't assist me with my query. What is the use of Vodacom having a customer care phone in service then if you still have to be told to go into the store to solve your query. The manager was also very disrespectful on the phone not allowing me to speak finish and speaking over me. Vodacom really needs to be checked for how they cheat people of their money buy subscribing them to things they don't want and just sending an sms as a notification.
I am really shocked at the service I have received from the management team at SOS 24/7 security service for Edenvale area. They are arrogant and unsympathetic towards there customers and they have just showed me that there no 1 goal is just to make money and not worry about there customer being happy. I went with SOS on the recommendation of a friend but I have not even been with them for half a month and I have not had a good experience. Basically I am being charged extra on labour due to them not ordering what was requested on my initial quote and management do not want to meet me half way. There was parts that were ordered wrong and parts that were not ordered at all and now they want to charge me the extra labour to come put it in where as they already charged me labour to install these items in my initial quote which I have already paid. Due to this I have requested to cancel my contract and management are not willing to do it. They say it is not a good enough reason to cancel my contract. They want me to pay my full contract out even though I have only been with them for only 2 weeks. Now I am stuck with an alarm system that is only 3/4 of what I wanted and can't be completed as SOS want to extort more money out of me first. Is there anyone that knows how I can go about canceling this contract without having to pay the full contract out. I can't be part of a business that is only focused on making money and not their customers.

So once again Game Stores have proven what pathetic customer service they have. I have been calling head offices this whole week and every time I am told that there are no managers available and that a manager will call me back regarding my query of them making me pay R3000 extra for a fridge. To date I have not had any manager from head office phone me dispite all my efforts to contact them. Game Stores really has the worst customer service I have ever come across. I hope that these reviews will atleast put 1 person off from supporting this rip off store as they are clearly only worried about taking people's money.
I have never been to a store that has such pathetic service as game stores. This is not even a store in specific this is game stores on a whole. I will never buy from them again and I will encourage everyone I know not to buy from them. If I could give them a negative star I would
