Ths car wash damaged my car and they are not taking responsibility instead they became aggresive They took my mats and claimed they never saw them
I deposited money at new market atm.the slip came out and its not showing the amount i deposited.Inside the bank they telling me to wait ive been seating here for an hour and no one is helping me to resolve the matter
I booked a Eagle liner/Intercity bus to Qumbu and back.The first bus had a brakedown they brought another one wch also broke down before the destination.I missed all my appointments. I had booked a return ticket.Further to that they told me the bus wont pick me up where it Droped me so they advised i must take a taxi to the next station wch they promised a rufund of the taxi fare.When i got to the mount frere office a Lady by the Noma told me i must get my refund from Jhb.I needed to buy food along the way .Now the bus was surposed to pick me up at 16:45.now its18:10 thers no bus showing up
Good day.I wanted to do a foreign payment to china for the first time.so i was advised to go to the Forex branch near me which is Eastgate mall.I was welcomed warmly by a securitu officer who offered me a seat and went on to inform the consultant that iam next in line.I finaly went through to the help desk wich did not take time.In my heart i told my self what a great service. All the good i mentioned above changed when the consultant who was not wearing her name tag started to be rude at me. She asked me the source of my income more than 10 times.when i felt annoyed about the un ending monotonous quastion i then said you have all my details encluding my bank statement wich shows where i get my money from.she told me she doesn't have time to check that.she went on to say iam hiding my source of income wch is displayed with a reference in the bank statement. She went on to say shz going to call her supervisor because iam failing to disclose wher i get my money from. I said wth pleasure you better call her because all this drama was not necessary. By that time her body language was on fighting mode.her voice was high.she stood up frm her seat .she banged her desk with clenched fists. She finaly went to call the supervisor. The supervisor also came not displaying her name tag .She spoke to me politely though she tried her best to resolve by giving her instruction and asking for proof of payment from my side wch i repeatedly told her wher i got my money from and all is displayed in the bank statement. When she left the desk we continued wth the consultant who kept talking back to the instructions she was given by her supervisor. I spent more than 2hours in this branch trying to make a single payment. finaly the payment was processed i got the proof of payment as a hard copy and i went on and asked for the proof to be emailed to me wich she agreed she will do.Iam writting this review almost 12hrs later i havent recieved the e mail from the bank. Iam so disappointed by this whole ordeal wch i never thought ill experience frm a Big organisation like Absa

Gud day i have a bad experience with Cartrack.When i signed a contract with them.i gave them all my details only to find out that my email and my contact number wher captured wrong and my acc not captured at all.This led to a non payment due them not debiting.They called me to inform me about the arreas.My responce to them was its not my fault that they capture my details wrong.Itold them that i stil want their services but not starting from the arreas but starting on my first payment.They insisted i must pay the arreas which i refused coz it was not my fault.I also complained about their tracking unit draining my battery .My battery started dieng after the instalation.They told me i have to pay them call out fee if the find out its not their fault on the battery.I again refused coz i knew i still under warrant.The insisted i will pay.I finaly decided to stop doing busnes with them becoz of the above.They then told me i must pay canseletion fee wch i refused to pay again.My name is on bad payers list because of their negligence now they want me to pay for cancelation.Each and evry consultant i speak to gives me their own different opinion frm the other.I asked for a recording of the call btwn me and the service provider on the day i took the contract.Till today i havent got it.The only tell me they listened to it and they failing to send it to me via email.iam realy not happy i need to part ways with ths service provider
