Customer service is pathetic the one agent dropped the call on me when I asked her what will happen now that my issue is escalated to the technical team she could not advise and dropped the call,the next agent was rude and spoke over me and refused me a manager and then told me she will transfer me to the manager guess what happened she cold transferred me to another agent.And surprisingly this is not the first bad experience I have with MTN I will be cancelling my contract soon when it comes to an end and I will also move my pay as you go line
WORST COMPANY EVER....They lied told me different stories and now they refuse to cancel or remove me from debt review,debt collectors is still chasing me and creditors is still taking money from my bank account whiles I am paying INFINITE DEBT SOLUTIONS also. Beware of this place the moment you sign up with them they dont care about your queries or dont try or worry to resolve the matter I have proof of what I am saying. I ma taking this matter further to the financial ombudsman.
By far the worst company ever they,all they did from day one was to lie and fail on their promises.I spoke to Mustapha aka Razeen always gave me different names the advisor,Shirley the manager which I found out she is not a manager but a closure,Chanice from the whatsapp line and Marne from the legal team. So these 4 people have told me different stories and conflicting information from day that I signed up and this company has been a headache since day one. They failed on their promises and their policies,I paid for a service which I have not received from them.I have all the recordings and messages and proof of them failing on policies and lying and telling me different information which I am going to make a case and lay a complaint with the financial ombudsman (NCR). I told them about all my request and what I want and they plain blatantly ignored as I was always the one to chase them for feedback/update. So today they informed me they will remove me from debt review as I chased them for a update and had to inform them I will take matters further,but after I asked about all my other request and demands they didn't reply back like always. Also my personal data was compromised by the negligence of this company based on a ex employee who still obtained information from me when he was not working there any more and no one notified me and there is a list of other things I have on file as to why I am taking this further. My request are I want to be removed from debt review with immediate effect with no cancellation or admin fees,I want full refund of what I paid due to the companies negligence,failing on policies,promises and all the lies and conflicting information and not receiving the service which I had paid for and many more reasons for my request as the list goes on. So now I have had enough I am not going to leave it like this and I am going to take it further and I have all the proof.
So my openview has lost signal for almost more then a hour now had a technician to come and look and he said there is nothing wrong the satellite is fine and all cables are ok so he advise me to call openview I have been calling the number 0861-696-843 but it says number not in use and I have WhatsApp the other number also and don't get any replies worst service ever I'll rather go back to DSTV again because with DSTV if I encountered the any problems it was sorted and their contact numbers worked people stay away from openview they think because they give you free service they can give you no customer service
So the reason for the 5 stars is to thank the Manager Petrus who called and took the time to listen to my complaint or query and I have to say that the issue was resolved which he did not have to as I understand that sometimes delays can take place and all companies experience system issues but he explained to me what the delay was and took ownership and resolved my query even before calling me. So I want to thank Petrus I hope I spelt his name right and also hello peter is not only there to mention the bad but also to applaud the good
This is the worst company I have dealt with they promise sign up bonus didn't get it but when I had a chat on WhatsApp its almost 15 minutes later and still no response, yes I know there might be a delay but hell no not 15 minutes. Ill rather cancel my account and go to a company that is more efficient. Worst customer service please send your stuff for training. If it takes so long to deal with this query how long will it take to deal with a serious query probably 10 years
I just signed up with this company one thing I can say the Advisor I spoke with named Mustapha was prompt and efficient and explained everything in details and evens answered my questions before I could ask almost like he knew what I was gonna ask Well freaking done to him, also without me needing to speak to A senior or requesting for A senior he (Mustapha) went to seek assistance now a days Seniors don't want to take over a call they pas the buck but guess what the senior named Shirley came and took over the call she didn't have to but she showed great leader skills and explained everything in details and made me realize that I should do things for the better of my financial life she evens gave me some financial tips. Well done to you guys. Please give them a raise or a a promotion management.
This company is the worst when it comes to customer service had a webchat with Theo I advised the agent that I am not able to log into my account this is his response(your account is blocked) yes I know I wanted to know why as I have asked him his response (due to security breach) he could not tell me why or what happened and when I asked to speak to a manager he refused and he disconnected the chat worst company and customer service I don't know how he can be a customer service agent he should find a job where they work with animals and not people,cause he treats people like animals shame. And I bet this company will do nothing about this.
This company has not been open, honest and transparent from day one with me, I recently started an application with them but has not agreed to anything so because of either no or late responses I decided and requested to cancel the application. So now the company wants to charge a cancelation fee which was never mentioned to me and does not state that anywhere in the documents I have seen. And I have asked the consultant named Kurt numerous times if there is a cancelation fee but he never acknowledge or replied or answered my question, its almost like he had a "I don't care attitude" maybe because the sale is not going through. I then dealt with Nicole De Kock from the cancelation team I think and advised her I would like to cancel she then advised me of the cancelation fee,whcih I am contesting and have been contesting with her as I am not willing to pay because I was not made aware of as I have asked if there is any cancelation fee but did not get any response. And I have proof of all interactions. When I told Nicole that I was not made aware of cancelation fee and that I asked it seemed like she didn't care to ask any questions or cared to ask me to send proof of what I am stating as she just said the whole time I have to pay it almost with a never mind attitude. And that's the reason why I don't want to enter an agreement with this company as the stuff only care about the sale and once that goes through they don't care about the customer service side so I refuse to pay cancelation fee As I was not advised of it and I have all proof. I want to cancel my application with no cancelation fee
