I lodged a third-party claim with MiWay on 1 October 2025 after their client collided with my vehicle from behind. I submitted all the required documents and consistently followed up, as there was little to no communication from MiWay regarding the progress of my claim. Eventually, my claim was rejected on the basis that MiWay’s client was not covered for third-party liability if the driver was not a member of their household. I formally disputed this decision and requested proof that the policy excludes cover when someone drives under the regular driver’s authority. However, Mr Lebogang Senne dismissed my request without providing any supporting evidence and maintained that my claim was not valid. I then asked to be referred to his senior or another person who could assist, but since that request, I have received no further communication from MiWay. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability in the handling of this matter.
I paid R9,500 for services from Mudinda Clement Munzhedzi’s company but never received what I paid for. When I requested a refund, I did not receive it. My calls and messages were either ignored or met with repeated excuses. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before doing business with them.
Use this company at your own risk. They crashed my car and only offered to pay my excess. They wouldn't cover the car damage so I had to claim from my insurance which is now affecting me every time I want to get an insurance quote. It gets worse because they didn't just crash my car in the accident but they also crashed 2 other cars that were randomly in the road so those two are also claiming from my insurance. What type of company doesn't have insurance that covers damage to clients vehicles when they are in the business of driving clients cars ?

Mudinda Clement Munzhedzi runs this company and is a ****mer. I paid R 9 500 for services from him and never received those services and upon requesting for a refund I did not get any refund. Any calls or messages I would try would get ignored or be met with excuses after excuses. Pursuing a case of ***** against him and his company. Please don't do any business with them Run!

Hi On the 5th of July 2020, I made an online booking for a bus to Limpopo via City to City using their website after seeing a Facebook announcement that buses to Limpopo would be in operation subject to passengers following the Covid19 Regulations. I followed the booking prompts on the website and an amount of R260 was deducted from my account but I received no ticket confirmation. Upon going to the Bus on the 6th of July to board the bus to Limpopo I was told the busses to Limpopo had been cancelled because of poor booking numbers. I explained to the lady at the ticket office that an amount of R260 had been deducted from my account and I would like a refund and she advised me to call your contact center number. I have been calling your center number and have been continuously told that the Finance Department is closed. May you please assist. I have given you my contact details but no one has got back to me
