Best Debt consulting company
What an amazing company. They deliver as they promised. I saved quite a significant amount of money from they service and I am forever grateful. The consultants are very helpful and professional. The worst experience evet
The worst experience I have ever had. They quit to let you order and then advertise that you will receive your package 7 days after payment and I got mine 3 weeks later and that is after sending numerous messages to when I will get my package and the worst is they lied to me 4 times claiming the package is on its way but nothing. Never again will I ever buy from this company. What bad customer service

Fantastic contact center
I contacted Bankmed as I needed an Authorization number and was assisted by Abdul I think. He was really helpful and assisted me with much professionalism and answered my questions very satisfactory. Bankmed is always a pleasure to deal with as they consultants are always ready to help and answer any questions you have. Amazing service.

Bad customer service
I had a contract with Vodacom and closed it December 2019. Till today this shows on my credit profile that I'm paying while I'm not. After contacting Vodacom for months to take it off still nothing. I don't know what to do anymore as I want to apply for credit and because of this I'm not getting what I want. Very bad customer service. Please take it off. What is the finance or which ever department is liable for this doing.
