I'm about to graduate and after 6 months of emailing and calling with my campus closing down and not even informing me. Not a single person has responded or assisted me with summary of results. Customer care sends you to Tarryn Zank who won't assist you. Don't join Damelin rather study in Zimbabwe.
This is the worst college you can pay them in full work 3 jobs to pay your fees. But when time comes to graduate they are silent. They don't respond to emails or answer phone calls. I can't get my last year's results let alone any feedback on graduating or getting my degree certificate. Whatever you do don't enroll with them !!!!
I paid for four years they don't answer the phones. I don't know when I'm graduating or even if we will have one. No communication whatsoever they closed boksburg down. Haven't given is results or certification.
The worst possible college on earth. I paid 80k for a degree. I just finished no certificate go to the campus its closed. We received no communication absolutely nothing. I have nothing to show. They take your money and then ***** you dont enroll with them !!!

The worst possible courier service I have ever experienced in my life. I am trying to reschedule delivery after I already requested them to contact me instead of my 11 year old child. You can't even get hold of them ! I've been calling for days you sit on the ohone for hours when you get to the front they cut you off. I have even sent emails asking for assistance it's been a week no assistance whatsoever.
Sadly this service provider has the worst possible customer service support I have ever experienced in my life. I haven't received delivery of a product I added to my account because they can't communicate with their courier service. I am expected to pay for this product but they can't arrange a delivery date with me nor provide any communication whatsoever.
This is the worst airline to use, even South African Airways is better. Used this airline for the first time and they are refusing to refund a ticket. They could not operate the flight due to their employees striking and not only this, not a single number of theirs works since the strike nobody has picked up the phones I tried 7 numbers for Johannesburg some even say out of service. Communication shouldn't be this difficult.
Stefanie Rossouw a consultant at debt rescue is the most efficient and helpful person I have ever engaged with in my entire life. She is always responding to me even if she is off. She assists so accurately that there are never any comebacks or situations where you have to call in or fix anything. She is such a kind individual and has made the process of being under debt review such a pleasure that I would reccomend the process to everyone I know. Thank you stef keep being amazing !!!
Sadly my experience with FNB has been more and more traumatic as time goes on. Nobody answers calls at fnb life. I have been retrenched since August and they are not paying my loans which I have insurance on. Claims on the app still say pending from 4 months ago. If you go into the bank they put you on the phone anyway, which isnt answered for hours. Now another new year present from them they put debit orders for the loans which my insurance with them is supposed to be paying. After my last review I had someone contact me who pretended to care. He said everything would be fine but after one month, they didnt make any payments and this gentleman is nowhere to be found. Why offer insurance if you cannot deliver to your customers when the time comes for then to use it? #****edoff
