This has got to be the absolute worst accounts department I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have been with Cartrack since 2019. I have never missed a payment. The trouble started when the battery died in the device, which then needed to be replaced. It took 2 weeks for them to get the technician to come and replace the device, on the 6th of May. Within a week, I received a final letter of demand to pay the R600 for the replacement. There had not been a debit order between the time of the replacement and the final demand, and no invoice was ever sent. I paid the R600 on that day (11 May) and sent the POP to the accounts department, as demanded in the letter. On the 25th of May, my payment went off as usual. Then on the 28th, and additional amount of R443 was taken, *****ulently, from my account. I have been in contact with Cartrack since then and they cannot give a straight answer as to why they stole that money. As far as I can tell, they have not been able to figure out how to allocate the R600 payment made- which they demanded- via EFT. What finally made me write this review to warn others is that I got a WhatsApp message telling me I have not paid my debit order this month. It is beyond a joke and no-one knows what they are doing or how to reverse the payment that they stole.
This is a scan company, DO NOT PAY THEM! My company paid for me to attend a conference. We received notification of a change of date, but nothing further. On the date, I arrived at the game lodge where it was supposed to be held and they had no idea what I was talking about. No one answers the phone and no response on email
The consultant was polite, informative and helpful. They make a point to keep existing customers happy
Very fast and efficient service. I like that the agent is able to return a call as insurance updates are lengthy so it saves a lot of airtime. The agent (Nhlanhla) was professional and friendly
The restaurant serves the most delicious waffles! The wait staff are friendly and polite, and the manager makes a point of greeting all the customers and assisting with orders. A lovely experience all round.
The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The food is excellent, definitely worth the cost.
This is my second review because I have still had no resolution and now am being ignored. After disgusting service and endless false promises, I cancelled my account on 1 October. There is such poor communication that this cancellation has not even been acknowledged. Don't believe anything any of the representatives say- they do not contact you unless you leave a review on this site.
Supersonic has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. My internet was cut off for no reason. After reporting a ticket with the tech department, I heard nothing. I was promised time and again that my case would be escalated but I have yet to see evidence of any action whatsoever. I get no communication unless I phone, and get put on hold for at least 20 minutes. The "engineer" assigned to my case cannot even be reached by the customer service agents, so that indicates the pathetic communication even between departments, leaving the customer as the absolute last priority. I have emailed the social media email address that is commonly left in response to complaints and received nothing but more empty promises.
