Mtn network a data monger...
South Africans should reconsider being affiliated with mtn. Mtn network does not work when your phone doesn't have data, let's not even get started with how the network eats your data, on top of that, no matter how much data you buy, it never last the time they allocate, it will finish before you know it and you will be offline, from the mtn network. Is this even icasa compliant?

Masiva Maruma from MTN worst consultant ever. Ref: 1-422174 40070. He **** to my husband and I are a paid letter that supposed to be issued in 48hrs. We go to MTN stores Morningside no help, 083135 no help

Stay away
Taaibos (Eastgate Mall) has **** to us just to make a sale. He didn’t even book our furniture for delivery while we paid for delivery and assemble. He doesn’t pick up our phone calls.

Mtn is useless
1-32185404103 _MTN is the most heartless service provider I know. My phone was blocked from making outgoing calls since Wednesday the 15th of March while I paid. All 9 consultants I spoke to have been escalating my challenge to some invisible manager who the system doesn't allow for customers to talk to. They are pathetic. Samuel Baloyi 078 377 2119

Worst medical aid ever

MFC Natis Certificate never comes
MFC has not sent me a Natis Certificate after i settled my vehicle account. I have called them on 10th of October 2022 and I also sent them email stating the address to which document should be sent to. They have responded with an email saying it'll take 7-10 working days to get Natis certificate of ownership. It's been 2 and half months I've not received it. My conclusion is this corporation likes to enslave their clients through monthly premiums but do not promote one to own their asset.

Poor service delivery
I have requested a natis certificate from MFC 2 months ago and I have not received it, nor has any of their consultants called to update me. I don't owe them anymore, I need my vehicle ownership paper.
