I am the mother to girls triplets who normally buy clothes at Edgars Mall of the south. I went and bought my clothes and decided to buy 3 dresses for my Triplets. When I get home one of the triplet dress was big and had to return it back. I was never given an original slip the lady who assisted me took my slip and gave me the new slip. It happend that I decided to go and exchange some of my clothes for my babies shoes as they were going for the photoshoot the following day but couldn't get the sizes then I decided to ask for a refund as they took my slip the lady who assisted me says she is going to look for my slip in the office and she came back saying she couldn't find it so they will not assist me. Then I said I need the money because I need to go and buy shoes somewhere and they are refusing and they took my slip. I ended up going to H&M to spend R850 for my babies shoes. Edgars Mall of the south i need my money back. I even showed them the transaction and I request a footage of the day I came to exchange the clothes. They took my slip and now that they misplaced it is now my problem? Why would I **** that what they do.
I bought my grocery from checkers 60 60 and the delivery guy delivered my grocery from another house in my complex. He entered the complex using my own code I gave him and I was surprised that my grocery was not coming and I have waited for this grocery for almost 3 hrs as I ordered around 10 for it to be delivered in a wrong house at 13h00. I just got a message from the whatsapp group in our complex ( See attached text from whatsapp group )Hi, i have received a checkers delivery for unit 51. The driver just left it here at 58. Please come and collect it. After receiving that message from the group i didn't know how to get hold of the guy as he stopped the trip. I went and collected opened bags 3 of them where opened. When I call for help I was told there is nothing they can do with it hence I told them im not going to eat opened food from somebody's house i don't know can I please have my refund you will come and collect your food. Nothing was done and I was told if they will refund me which means I won't be able to buy again next time. Till now my money is gone and I had to throw away all the grocery. Im so disappointed.
My heart is broken I have obtained a bond with Nedbank last year and I wanted to start a day care centre. Since last year October I have been calling and going in and out of the branches in order to get help from Nedbank. As part of the application I need to get a letter from the bank before I can get a special consent. Therefore I have tried getting help from nedbank but whenever I called I’d be told that my quiet has been lodged and I will get a call in three days time. This was in October 2023 and every time I’d be told of the three days but I wouldn’t get that call. Three months passed and I then got an email to say I should answer few questions which I did then I was called in into the branch and I went they asked me to submit certain documents I do but then after that they tried to peruse me to rezone the property I said but the city doesn’t want me to rezone then they said they need to send an evaluator before they give me the letter and also that took forever and I’m made to pay for the evaluator myself , thousands of rands. Then since they have gone quiet and I don’t even get an update. I keep calling time and again with no help available. The whole process is stuck I can’t even start the day care because nedbank has decided to not give me the letter and also they have gone quiet. But every months I’m expected to pay R20000 for the bond. I can’t even do anything and can’t stay in the property either. Please help.

We were having a first family trip me and my husband and I convinced him to book blue waters hotel because I have visited the hotel before. First day we were given room number 402 that room was smelling badly with wet bedding sheets, dirty curtains even outside on the passage the smell was Terrible. I went to the reception and they said they will send somebody yo come and check no body came until the lady who was delivering chocolates came and I explained to her and she went back and get dry sheets. She told me that she didn't know of the smell on the 4th floor only on the 7th floor. Surprisingly the following day I was moved to 7th floor which smell worse with dirty curtains. It was smelling like a mold. Then I complained again I was taken to 9th floor. When I get there the mold was just there on the headboard I went again and complained this time I even requested for refund so that I go and finish the holiday somewhere else as I couldn't stand it anymore then the manager said she was going to allocate another room on the 17th floor. I just stayed just to finish the trip. My first trip was ruined it is still painful to pay that lot of money to stay in the dirty place. I will never ever recommend it to anyone. I still feel like I was ****** it was going to be better to stay in the well maintained hotel. I'm not happy at all. Those upset and downs caused so much things. We are not happy at all. And worse part even the manager acknowledged the smell to say she is aware of the smell and my question is that why did they take me there knowing very well that it smell and not good for people. My holiday was ruined.
My sister and I decided to call sorbet in mall of the south on the day before our young sister wedding. And book our appointment to do nails for me and for my sister nails and gel for the foot. First my sister choose her colour which nude for her foot unfortunately when she looked at her toes they were another colour and the reason for that lady was something that I can't mention here on this platform. And again wth Here nails she said she want something natural but the person who was assisting her turned it as a joke where everyone was being told she said she want natural. With me at first I was told to choose the shape of the nails I need I did that as we go on I think the lady wanted me to do shape of her own. I told her straight that I don't like this shape she said don't worry I will cut them. Okay while I was waiting for the nails to be cutted boom the lady said I have cutted them but I said I have told you that I don't like this shape. The lady who was assisting my sister continue with that attitude and was again trying to laugh at us in an attitude way. I had to tell her straight to stop with the attitude there and there. And they way I see it is like they were rushing to knock off that's why they illtreat us in that manner and I believe that they should have told us straight that we can't assist you because now the nails are disaster not having nice shape. Not equal not smooth at all and I'm wring this review I'm not happy with sorbet that R1390 is gone for something that we can not stay with. We are forced to remove them both my sister and I. And with the same sorbet in mall of the south it is not the first time. I bought my sister s voucher some times and they did the same. I had to convince her to go back again after she has told me that she will never go there anymore. I'm not happy at all. My heart is painful I have sacrificed that money for those nails. Nails looked old on the day they were done. Worse thing attitude in that shop is too much.
