I have been trying to get a refund from Freedom of Movement since the 3rd of March 2025. I have been emailing the support team back and forth for over a month. This is unacceptable for such a reputable brand.
What a horrible place! I am so sad that I bought a Renault Kiger because Renault Silvelakes is just shocking. Really. I took my car for his annual service on 30 000km and got a call for 21k. I was so shocked I went and got a second opinion and Renault told me that even my samp had to be replaced and it was thousands. On second opinion the people told me it is not necessary at all. I went back and they also said it is not necessary. After that they also told me my stabilizer bar had to be replaced as well After they replaced that my wheel alignment was severly off and suddenly my left shock has to be replaced and they refuse to pay for it. Now I have to pay R4000 for ONE shock. I will NEVER advise anyone to go there as the reviews are HORRIBLE and they treat woman horribly.
I am very upset by Virgin Active! I joined a club in 2021 and I cancelled in my cool-off period. I went once. Now, two years later I joined a different club, paid all the joining fees etc, just to hear that I am R5000 and something in arrears. There is no record of them phoning me nor emailing me to tell me I am in arrears after I cancelled during the cooling off period and on top of that opened a new contract for me, just to tell me to my absolute embarrassment when I showed up at the new club that I am thousands in arrears and therefore cannot enter the facility. I immediately contacted customer care to explain the situation and they said they will sort it out on their side but I must be patient it can take 72 hours. I have now been waiting for 9 days. How does one not contact someone and tell them they are in arrears then it would have been sorted out years ago! This is absolutely horrible. Not a very happy client now - especially not after reading all the terrible reviews.
I have never ever had such poor service from any rental agency. ESPECIALLY the Pretoria - East branch. What a bunch of crooks. Stay away.
