Excellent service

worst service
I went fish aways/ steers in park view mall Pretoria east last night we ordered a meal for 2 and we noticed that you can actually get it as a combo. when we to enquire if we can change. there was a lady who was rude and not willing to assist. she was wearing a fish aways uniform but was involved in steers, so i assumed she is the manager. I will never go to that store ever again. I cant be treated like I'm not paying

Horrible service
If there was a zero rating, I would use it. I'm unable to log into my app, I requested assistance on WhatsApp and the first response took over 12 hours. now they take 30 minutes to respond to one question. the person who is responding doesn't even apologize. imagine if my car was stolen.

Very bad service
Sandton mall shop. Got to the store for a cellphone upgrade had to sit for 1:30 minutes under a very cold air conditioner. The lady who was supposed to assist us has a very horrible attitude. We kept on going to her to check she told us to sit down. Staff members told us that their hands are tight and they can't do anything

Scammers
I bought a car through a guy called Sakhile Ncube. I deposited the money for deposit. I was promised delivery of the car since Tuesday today its Friday he is ignoring my calls as well as texts. Their landline number is connected to his cellphone number so he is ignoring all my calls. This is a warning to everyone not to buy cars from auto group motors cc in Durban. I will be opening a civil case against them and I will make sure that I warn everyone
