Great service as usual. Been with Integrisure since 2011 - referred by my father. Best choice I could’ve made, and iv dealt with many insurance schemes that highlight the vast difference in service. Digital assessment of vehicle was a new service I hadn’t experienced, but worked smoothly and efficient. Consultant in charge of my claim also deserves a lot of credit.
Also trying to report and remove negative reviews from the platform to create a falsely positive image is short-termism . Directly from hellopeter admin: “They have provided us with a copy of the requirements letter signed by yourself, which unfortunately negates your complaint on the site, as you have agreed to all of the relevant terms & conditions of this process.” I believe if they invested half the time in keeping up with client satisfaction as they do running around trying to put out PR fires, maybe the company would be on to something. Instead of trying to cover up flaws - I will end off by saying disappointed that the company just doesn’t care. I came away from the interaction frustrated, and thankful i am insured by Integrisure (hands down better all round service in my opinion)
Extremely poor customer service, Lazy, poor understanding of legal concepts and time frameworks (even in the insurance industry), pay no attention to third party claims, no hierarchy for complaints, high staff turnover, very lackadaisical attitude to the job - can definitely do better ( trust me ) rates as my worst service experience in the industry and that's saying ALOT!!!

I have seen some ppl receive the items they requested, but over half of the customers ultimately just get ******. Items are also advertised as authentic, when they are poor knock offs. I am still awaiting feedback from the so-called customer service a month after the order was placed. The matter has been escalated to Paystack and Google, and hopefully a lot of ppl read these reviews before throwing their hard earned money down the drain.
No information or way to reach out for documentation. Very dodgy supply of lithium batteries etc.
Contracted out to a good handyman that was professional and punctual. However for a few small jobs around the house, they charged ALOT. Much better off finding a local handyman yourself to avoid being charged the exorbitant fees.
Poor customer service. Did not have stock of the items that they advertised on their site, and accepted payment for. Did not follow up with me, rather I had to call/email everyday two whole weeks after the order was placed. Rather stick to the bigger online stores - more reliable and interested in their service delivery and reputation.
Fake site with fake reviews from the USA and Australia, operated by a scam artist “located” in the North West. You will usually be contacted by the number +27 78 558 9914 - be sceptical and if you have the chance report to appropriate authorities.
