I bought a pair of Harper Sandals SA, believing they were made in SA and they were advertised as orthopaedic shoes. They were definitely not made in SA as they broke after just two months (R700 for the sandals) and the insides are plastic! I emailed them twice, but no-one even answers. They are definitely a con!!!

I ordered items from Takealot (as I do every month!) and the R1168 went off my account through their Payfast system. I did not receive a confirmation email from them and their website was telling me to make the payment of R1168. I have emailed payments@takealot.com 4 times and have forwarded them Proof of payment. They have now cancelled my order and when I tried calling them, my R50 airtime ran out both times and no one had yet answered the phone!! Are the staff at Takealot on strike???? Someone from the payments department needs to contact me.
The town of Coffee Bay has not had MTN internet since Wednesday 26 January! We reported this on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and there is STILL NO Internet!! I have missed 2 funding proposal deadlines and am not able to pay staff. This is unacceptable service and MTN will still charge for a full month!!!
I live in Coffee Bay, in the rural Eastern Cape. I run community projects and Vodacom has not been working since 2 October 2020 in our area. I have logged a complaint, but got no reference number and am never able to get through to anyone, except a robot! How is a person supposed to work and do fundraising when your network never works in our area? And then you bill me for a full month?! Unacceptable!!!
