Ordered from Temu. Have sent me delivery emails and I have not received the product. It is impossible to get hold of them and emails are never returned. As far as I am concerned they are an entity that should not be allowed to trade.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Horse and Mill in March 2024. From the early check-in to a memorable meal, we were most impressed. It goes further, as my Motorcycle would not start on our day of departure, and they willingly obliged to keep it under lock and key until I could arrange collection. The Transport company repeatedly let me down, and after 3 weeks of immense patience the vehicle was removed. I cannot thank the owners and staff enough for the way it was handled. We will certainly be staying over at The Horse And Mill in Colesburg again.
It took over 3 weeks to get my bike from Colesburg to Cape Town. Endless promises and endless dissapointments regarding delivery. Peter at no stage called me. WhatsApp messages ignored and despite assurances it took all my patience. I would never recommend this business
I placed an order and paid for a Mecer Inverter on the 24th Jan 2023. Delivery was quoted 2-3 working days. I was telephonically advised of imminent delivery on the afternoon of the 27 Jan 2023. After a number of emails I was sent a mail from Tech Hut SA, advising me that they will send me a tracking number. This did not materialise despite follow up mails, whatsapp and calls. I can only assume that this is a scam. I have requested a refund, and have not received an acknowledgement.
I cancelled Webafrica as they did not deliver my router. I have now been billed 3 times subsequent to the cancellation which was confirmed via email by Webafrica. It is impossible to get hold of a person to discuss this with. They have a watsapp line that is automated and it can take over a hour before you get to progress through their electronic bull****. If they were the last service provider I would not even consider using them.
Good morning, Kindly cancel my Webafrica subscription. I have already been billed. I have not received my router. This has gone on for 2 weeks. I am going ahead with Vox as your service is shocking. I have also cc in Avita Nothal who is the Credit Consumer Ombudsman as well as Hello Peter.
