I am not happy about the customer service from Game Jabulani Mall in Soweto. My wife R Motsoeneng bought a blender on 16/02/2025, 2 months after it stopped working. She returned it to the store in mid-April, they told her they will check it and call her once everything is sorted out. She was never called and she decided to go check in May and she gets there she was shown a much older blender and they claimed its hers. She refused to take it because hers was new she just used it for not more than two months. Yesterday 19/09/2025 she went again still she never got any assistance. See the attached and insert below
I had an awful encounter with pineapple short term insurance on 02 May 2025.I needed a roadside assistance. The consultant ( lady dont remeber her name) asked for my cellphone numbers incase i got cut off, and it happened but she never called back. I made a second call after 30 min and spoke to Costa he was very helpfull and called me back several times. However, Pineapple could not cover my taxi fees since i couldnt continue with my trip. They wanted me to produce an invoice, which is absurd because taxi's in the free state they dont supply such.
I have lodged a household claim with Absa's House Hold insurance dept on Monday 02 December 2022 regarding the guiser pipes issues until now they have not responded. Claim number: 5160555
Be careful of ****mers especially when they ask for money before the car has been seen or delivered.
I have registered a claim with Absa idirect Insurance 3 weeks ago 9 July2022 they never even gotten back to me. I have exhausted all the avenues within their different complaints department until today the claim is not been resloved.

Sanlam is not taking their clients seriously. Last week Thursday 22.04.2021 i wrote to them requesting that they provide me with my existing policy review and i also wanted take another policy with them. They only responded today(Cleo Ruiters) 29/04/2021 with nothing but attaching the very same email i sent to them. Its even worse i dont even know who is my relationship manger is

Telkom is taking consumers for the ride with their night data surfer because it is not working. They will give you night surfer data but when you use it only your daily data get used. I have lost a lot data after 12: 00 am thinking that im using night surfer data. this is just a farce and fake promotional strategy... they reaping people off
Telkom keeps on giving people night suffer data from 12 am to 7am but when use that data your all data networks is the one that is being used instead of night surfer data.I have called and send emails they not assisting at all.What **** is that??So frustrated with Telkom now
