Nedbank steals from customers, then passes the buck until their customers give up, or forget. I ordered from their Greenbacks reward programme in December last year, and have still not received my 2 items 6 months later. The previous year I ordered a Christmas present for my son more than a montb before Christmas, which was delivered a day before Christmas, but now 6 months is getting a huge deal, as if Nedbank have no issue not delivering on ordered products or commitment. Its like me not paying interest for a couple of months, except that you swipe it before we even see it, then refuse to close my account because there is a few Rand left behind???? Close my freaking account, don't needing a lying, cheating bank who charges astronomical prices compared to other banks. And while you are delaying closing my account to make extra money off me, unwillingly, where the hell is my order?????
Chi Chi and Maria from your Valleyview Centre on Robert Broom are exceptional!!! When I 1st went for an eyebrow wax and tint, there was a power outage, and somehow took 2 deductions when I paid. However Chi Chi phoned me after cash-up for the day to say thee card payment went through twice, and that she would load this onto a gift voucher for the next visit. She also whatsapped me the card and slip as validation. Then on new years day, I was informed that my nail tech in the area would not be able to do my eyebrows on the 2nd Jan. I whatsapped Chi Chi, requesting an emergency eyebrows appointment for 2 Jan, thinking she would respond on 2 Jan. But no, there and then, on New Years Day, Chi Chi booked me in for the next day at 9am. That is way beyond any service expectation, and so commend her for her passion for her job, and customer satisfaction beyond belief!!! Thank you Chi Chi!!! If all people were as dedicated to their calling, we would never have to complain and be a much more pleasant world to live in. Last, but not least, Maria, is the most s****ed and detail-orientated eyebrow technician ever!!!!! My eyebrows are waxed and tinted to perfection, and would come back purely for this artistry and service. Both Chi Chi and Maria are highly commended, and will remain a regular client (besides living far away, it is worth the drive!
Mr Price Home are thieves! I bought towels on 5 January 2020, on promotion, and when I came to swop them for a different colour (due to no face cloths being in stock on 5 Jan), they called it a swop, ut essentially refused to do a swop, having to pay more than my original purchase for the same products in a different colour. In addition to keeping me waiting with my disabled son on crutches, and only returning today in the hope to get stock since original purchase on 5 Jan, and being disabled, I cannot go to the shop everyday as it takes 10 minutes to get into the car and another 10 minutes to get out, so its a mission to do this, unless I know I can get what I need. On the same 5 January 2020, I could not find a duvet set I saw online, but not available online. Agnes in the duvet section took my details, advising that they would be receiving stock in the week, and let me know. However no call???!!!!! With the stealing money from customers being the accepted behaviour by MrPHome, I shouldn't expect anything but promises not being kept and total disregard of what the person behind the till promised, but did not give me, a SWOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not arrange collection of scripts at Strubens Valley Dischem. Twice they have not bothered to arrange my script, and have to spend 20 minutes on the phone to arrange it. It is pathetic. Dischem, please may I have a copy of my 6-month script, as from next month, I will go elsewhere, where it is not a schlep to get my script arranged.
I was kept waiting longer than an hour at your Retail Crossing branch, with a supposed "hair emergency" that only Mpumi could deal with, besides taking Martha with her, and keeping her (Martha) client waiting too. My nail appointment was for 11am today, and arrived at 10.45 to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. At 11.30, I had been sitting at Mpumi's station for a half hour, when I enquired where Mpumi was. I was then told that she was out and would be back soon. At 11.45, I said I could not wait anymore (given that nails take an hour, and should have left by 12.00, and had lunch plans with my family), at which time they phoned Mpumi, who said she was on her way, requesting that somebody start my nails, and she will take over when back. The lady that had done my eyebrows started my nails, then a nail technician took over when she became available. Mpumi and Martha arrived after 12.00, at about 12.10. Mpumi then attended to my nails, the 3rd person in a row, who rushed through it, besides putting a half moon glitter line per nail. I had to go back afterwards to have a nail filed, with a sharp edge to it. Although Mpumi apologised, it is unacceptable to not be told or asked for a choice in either waiting for her, or other people taking over the booked appointment, or booking a later appointment. I was forced to have 3 people do my nails, and was charged a "minimal" charge for my nails, plus my eyebrows. As I paid on my Edgars card, I didn't get a receipt, so don't even know what I paid, but something like R380. I also specifically made an appointment with Mpumi, not 3 people, so I am hoping I have the quality I have always had. I suppose not, already had to have a fix on the same day. Surely, if the manager does not have the courtesy of notification, and is over an hour late, there should be some kind of discount, if not free. Or am I the idiot for waiting? I charge R500 per hour, so could've charged Perfect 10 for wasting my time. This was a birthday present, and will neither go back or recommend Perfect 10 Retail Crossing. They just don't give a damn about anybody besides themselves. Shocking!!!
Your Woolworths brand waffles are a disgrace, not even properly cooked to put in the toaster, as your recommended way of serving / cooking them. They are so soft and flimsy, that they break in the toaster, destroying my toaster. The outside visible pieces are brown, but when you see the othee side and inbetween waffles, they are literally raw. When toasted, they bend and break in the toaster, leaving a lot of cleaning and bits stuck behind areas I cannot get to. Woolworths waffles were previously cooked to a degree that a light toasting was all that was required. For the last 4 packs, its not the quality we expect or want.
I have been on hold all morning to get to the dispensary, with no luck. How many times must 1 call to actually get hold of anybody in the dispensary to: 1. Check if emailed script and request has been received, 2. Confirm collection date and time. I hardly ever get reply emails to my requests to get scripts ready, but had 3 new scripts attached, and thought Dischem would want to help, but clearly not. Last script I ever send again to Dischem!
Best samoosas I have ever tasted, which I have shopped around for. Not as spicy (but tastiest by far) as I would buy off the shelf, but Debbie is making me some spicier batches (frozen) for me, which I can't wait for.
Ronald is an obnoxious call centre agent, that should find another job, as he constantly interrupted me, and refused to understand that I have a new bank account (due to Nedbank's poor management of my account on numerous occasions), which was the ultimate reason why my debit order was returned. My account is officially 1 month old, and had my 1st salary in my account in February. 1 more debit order was unsuccessful, which I will monitor in March. However, I was blatantly told, for 20 minutes, what a bad payer I am, and that I should be more responsible. Ronald, you should listen to your customers instead of chasing them away, as Nedbank seems to want to do to their customers. I have literally 9 months left of my car loan, then I am officially done with Nedbank. I am sick of all of you treating me with such disrespect, and hope you lose more customers from this post. Nedbank and MFC, you think you are the best bank, but you have ruined my banking in a number of ways, mostly by giving my account profile to another account holder a few years ago, and not having any access to my account for 3 months, and made me go into arrears. Now Ronald tells me that I should manage my account with you better?????? It took me to put the phone down on him to end 20 minutes of my life I will never get back, where all I needed is how to effect an EFT, which I did immediately. DO NOT BANK WITH NEDBANK OR MFC, THEY ARE PIRAHNAS, AND IS NOT NECESSARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ronald should be disciplined for his behavior, as he was rude and made me NOT want to pay, having to put the phone down to get him to stopping abusing his power. Ronald, you wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for me!!!!!!!
Don't order from Pick n Pay online, they steal your money by 1. Delivering later than scheduled, and then deliver consumables that are room temperature with icepacks around them to disguise this; 2. Deliver damaged goods, in my case it was a 24 pack of Schweppes Dry Lemon, with 2 cans bashed in, leaking liquid over everything; 3. They don't deliver random items on your order, with no notification of this item being out of stock; and 4. They charge R100+ to do the transaction, but told I need to organise with my bank to get the R100+ transaction fee back. Can that be legal, or just ripping us customers off? In logging a half-hour long call with PnP online, they asked me to select a date when my fresh consumables (cheese) and replacement drinks would be delivered (over R500 in value), selecting Friday, 8 February, but no delivery as yet, no feedback in terms of delay or anything. Pick n Pay are just snatching R600 right from me, without any conscience? Ethical? I think not!
