Bad service from ABSA business banker Kabelo Matjila
ABSA Blocked our Body Corporate business accounts due to FICA requirements (without letting us know) Now we sent all the details required but business banker assigned - Kabelo Matjila - does not answer his phone or reply to emails The managing agent is struggling to get ANY response This is very BAD service - we cannot pay our accounts or security guards

Cielo - good product, not so good service
Someone phoned me after the delivery to rate their service. I am happy with the product, but asked that they send me some info on care and maintenance of the patio set, as i would like to take good care of such an expensive patio set The person said he would get back to me the following day, but I have not heard anything yet Also, the product is great, but Cielo was not willing to negotiate ANY discount even though the purchase was for more than R70K

Great Service from Craig Terblance at DotSure
Thanks Craig for patience and perseverance - we live in an area where cell phone reception is quite bad, and Craig did not give up. Finally, I could get cover for my 3 kitties - thankyou

Hillside Tavern - the best
Best trinchado! Bought a bottle of their trinchado sauce and now I'm a hero in the kitchen too. Have been customers of Hillside since the early 80's and they have NEVER disappointed. We live in Jhb now but easily make the trip out to Pretoria to visit one of out favourites.
