THIS PLUMBER CHARGES an Effective Labour Rate Charge Per Hour of R5880,00 for LOW skilled work! AVOID!!
Sean was called to fix a basic pipe irrigation leak by my unwitting tenant and was charged R1230.00. Sean re-used MY high-pressure connecters and helped himself to the extras not needed (Yes, he took them, you should return them Sean) Sean charged R250 for parts and R980 workmanship The pipe Sean used was worth about R50.00 at a push, nice 400% plus mark-up. Time needed - Ten minutes or less. Parts Cost - R50,00 OR LESS Normal Working Day/Hours - Yes Skill Level Required - Low Distance to job - Sandton to Lonehill Job Description - Replaced 1m or less of irrigation pipe. Effective Labour Rate Charge per hour R5880,00 for low skilled work. What Sean has done is not *******, he can charge what he likes, that is his prerogative as is it mine to share this experience. I can't comment on the workmanship as the repair was too basic to judge, but I can confirm the damaged pipe was replaced. It seems this company and Sean himself are not only happy to apply ludicrous rates to unsuspecting clients but also didn't mind taking parts off site that don't belong to him, thinking it won't be noticed. It was. I would exercise huge caution with Sean Allison plumbing. You have been warned.

100% Fraud, Fake address's Fake POPS, No Delivery SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT
Thieves, invoice with fake addresses, fake pops to prove a refund that is never coming. No goods delivered, absolute thieves. Money gone since the end of August Dominic Sauza is the only contact and the business is registered in the name of an ex Unisa student who is not in the country.. Do not entertain this business, they have been reported to the highest level and will be famous soon, but in the meantime DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU MONEY!! It will take time to fully break the case, it is more than one company and the fraud has been going on for years.

Ecopec did the same to me, R35k, no delivery, no stock. Paid the end of August 22, sent 2 POPs then "Dominic Souza" offered to send me R5k out of his personal money to help which never happened. The listed owners of Ecopec is public information. 05/03/2021 Ecopec (Shelf Company) activated after being dormant. 23/05/2022 Name Changed 25/05/2022 Director OMONIYI BAMIDELE AKINBOBOLA resigns 25/05/2022 New Director Appointed MOKGOTHU, KGOPOTSO KGOTSHEPILE REMEMBRANCE Source K2021/438944/07 Company Report Ecopec The bank transfer was SBSA to SBSA. (Myself to Ecopec) Recent examples of the same issues with the same director also using fake POPS but different companies are : Plant Index, Qubist, Milo Design to name a few, all originate from Deskotia Pty Ltd as a shelf company owned by OMONIYI BAMIDELE AKINBOBOLA and Lorreen Akinbobola also public information. If you are an SBSA client, please report to the fraud team at SBSA immediately. It's important to stop this crew who have been operating for years, actually using Hello Peter to boost their credibility, initially. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

Qubist/Ecopec/Plant Index did the same to me, R35k, no delivery, no stock. What is really going on is OMONIYI BAMIDELE AKINBOBOLA, originally from Nigeria living in Pretoria North with his South African Wife Lindsey Lorreen Akinbobola, previously employed by Diale Maphothoma and Associates are running this fraud. The couple started a company that goes by MANY names but mainly Deskotia Consulting (originally a company registered in Lagos) or Murryfield consulting, contact numbers are always the same but this is the most consistent one **********, typical advertising is pasted all over the net and looks like this: DESKOTIA CONSULTING: **********. EMAIL : ***********. 2022 Vat registered shelf companies are on sale, Cost from R3000 https://murrayfield-tax-consulting.business.site/ OMONIYI BAMIDELE AKINBOBOLA using ID **********182 has 1470 companies registered in his name, he will claim he is an accountant that simply sells "Shelf Companies" and if they are used for fraud after the sale, that is not his problem which sounds plausible, except for the pattern, it's a front for what he is really doing. Mr Abkinbobola has been accused of this for before, publicly online with Lorreen defending him. They continue to deny any wrongdoing and maintain that they simply sell companies that just happen to lead to the same fraud with similar websites and the same scam, over and over again. This is fraud is facilitated by the banks unknowingly and trust me they do care when their own customers are being stolen from and fraudulent bank documents are being created. Regardless of the layers of deception, complexity and distraction designed to keep you from the truth, the truth is simple my money left my SBSA account and went to another SBSA account named Ecopec. R**** Builders, be very careful.
<div>Please be careful when considering Aetos Turnkey Construction. Chris and Giancarlo will promise the world but in fact have very little skill. It is a team of basic builders and any skilled work is outsourced at a premium. We stopped mid-project with Aetos. A professional assessment was done at our cost (QS). Our worst fears have been confirmed, the build quality is poor and full of mistakes and we have been grossly over-charged. I strongly advise to not get involved with Aetos. Prices will change, work will be sloppy and you could end up in a life ruining situation like we almost did. Full project was 2.2 millions rand. I stopped renovating with Aetos at R235K and brought a QS in to evaluate. The work done so far at healthy industry standard profit is worth R160k, I paid Aetos R235k, so have lost R75k with and have to pay to fix the poor quality. Aetos once offsite sent an additional invoice for R104k taking the total to R339k which should only be R160k shameless, dishonest builders. Photo's, invoices all available for scrutiny. </div>
