I was driving, preparing to make a left turn when a truck driver started reversing without warning. Despite nearby cars and taxis honking to alert him, he hit my vehicle before stopping. I asked him not to leave as we needed to call the police, but he refused to cooperate. I sent my brother and uncle to the police station for help, but the driver left the scene and went into Pick n Pay to unload his items. After waiting over an hour for the police, manager Gugu Xesha from pic n pay intervened, took my details, and said she would report the accident herself since the driver didn't care. She also took photos of my damaged car, providing essential support in this frustrating situation yet nothing has been done. I use this car to transport my son to school now I can't. The driver didn't want with his details I got the registration number ( KX08TS Gp) DT0096 and time of the accident 9am I would like imperial logistics to follow up and make the driver pay for this damage they took pics and all my details. My bumper and fender is broken the drivers doesn't close properly due to this accident . Besides taking my son to school I also transport kids with this car I had to stop for now meaning there's no income on my side parents will complain my car is a damaged. I called today asked for a follow up spoke to Tumisa and would like to know what action will be taken as my car is damaged. Driver told me this is small he will give me 500 I said no go fix the car see if ull get a bumper for 500 and paint and fix the fender with that. Please assist with this regard I am unemployed and rely on my car for an income
So today I went to buy meat at Roots and I ask can they give me mealie meal as it was in top. They refused I then took it myself. Then I leave the shop after paying , as I'm next to my car the security tells me I can't take out that trolley out I said sorry bt it's raining since I'm at the car can I just offload and take it back he refused threw my food on the floor I asked him why his doing that I'm no dog. I called the manager who took the employees side that I'm wrong I said not disputing that however he could have just gave me another trolley rather than throw my food on the flow I returned to the shop asking they give me my money back . They ended up calling police on me when police came and heard the story they just said I must just leave these people they came in ganging up on me and thought I'd just smile . The police left and they got upset swearing at me

I am facing significant financial strain due to my unemployment, and this situation has adversely affected my ability to provide for myself. It is disconcerting that I have not received the support I need, particularly given that a representative named Nicole requested a quotation from me to facilitate communication with Pick n Pay, yet no actions have been taken. I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved promptly, as it is imperative that my concerns are acknowledged and addressed with the seriousness they warrant. I transport kids with this car yet no one is helping

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Vodacom’s services. For several months, I have been attempting to cancel my contract, yet the company continues to assert that it has been cancelled while I am still being charged. The additional costs are adversely impacting my credit score, as I refuse to pay for services that I did not consent to. Furthermore, I have been informed that I cannot cancel the insurance attached to my phone, which I find unreasonable. I am solely willing to pay for my phone, but Vodacom continues to impose additional charges, categorizing them as arrears. I seek guidance on how to file a case of ***** against Vodacom. I strongly caution others against utilizing Vodacom's services, as it seems to constitute a significant financial detriment.
I hate this service provider I have 2 phones on contract with vodacom. When I got the phones it didn't come with insurance, after few months I decided let me try the insurance. Now I want to cancel they telling me I can't my account is overdue I told them 3 months ago I don't wantvthe insurance I refuse to pay for something that doesn't serve me a purpose . I didn't pay the account last mo th waiting for them to send me in writing that the insurance is paid . I was told it's canceled today I speak to Buhle who works at vodacom she tells me no the insurance is the one that should cancel . I tell her I've been saying I don't want this. She transfers my call to insurance where I spoke to a lady by the name of Zandi . Who then told me the system doesn't allow her to cancel since I have not payed my account I said I will not be forced to pay for insurance by force ill only pay for my fon . She tells me she can't cancel I ask her where did I sign up for this nonses my fon didn't come with insurance so how is it that I can't cancel . I'm not willing to pay vodacom until u cancel this insurance coz uve been taking money from me irregardless of many attempts to stop u I stopped the debit order bt still they still won't cancel this . I did agree anywhere that I want this 4ever . They telling me it's the system what the hell ? If u will not allow me to cancel this insurance I will not pay vodacom anymore this was not an agreement i did I'm forced to have insurance even wen I feel I don't want it. Vodacom is a **** plz beware rather go to other service provider coda ull encounter alot of problems and a headache of paying money that u don't even know its for wat. Vodacom is a **** I stand by what I'm saying I won't pay 4 this insurance if I can't pay for my fon separately then to hell I won't pay u .
I'm really annoyed with the service from these ppl they take people 4 granted. The 30day trial is a ****. We paid and there was no service nothing was rendered to us . Till this day no one has ever contacted me what is the issue and payment on their reflects but we don't have internet connectivity .
I'm so angry this company should just close down these people don't care about humans they all about money . I have a bolt driver who now struggles to work because the normal bolt and business are no longer available on his app due to his acceptance rate. He will not put his life in danger risk go into to an area at night which he knows is a no go area . His colleague got shot and that is the reason why he won't go into hostels at night or certain places in the cbd and Eldos ,So tell me bolt if they take my car will u pay the bank no if they kill the person driving do u ever care no **** this stupid app I think ppl must just stop using this app .
**** hate this account I've been paying the whole year credit still the same I've asked every month from different stores please change to 6months coz the interests are too much on 12 months I struggle to keep up with this nonsense and why I keep paying the ame thing I see no difference its affecting my redit score all they doing is taking my money idont benefit anything from this stupid shop
Worst experience ever my partner received a call saying he won groceries and cash OK everything seemed legit up until he was told to buy airtime and then they said he must send it back to the receiver which is the consultant. I saw no man this is doggy OK fine I decided to ask my cousin to lend us that money they wanted. Though I was scaptical abt it my partner was desperate for this cash OK we continued then they sent a pin from they Mr Vyn Zyl who then told us we need to have a Dina certificate to donate to a charity fine we said no problem how does one aquire for such we told to pay 1500 I'm like how do u expect us to have that kind of money if we unemployment... We then spoke to the consultant he explained alot of nonses telling us OK let's pay 750 I said no plz refund my R200 into my account so I can send the person who gave me money. I'm so annoyed and demoralized with this coz they took money from us seeing we desperately in need. This is something Vodacom should track and do something abt the person who called me his numbers are 064 864 0161
