I’m forced to seek for help here because I’ve been **** to and ignored by One cart. I bought different orders today but my last order was not delivered but cancelled without a refund. I’ve spent more than R100 calling and talking to different customer service people but nothing has been done. Can they just deliver my order because it’s clear they can’t refund, also they fiddled with my OneCart App cause I’m now unable to do anything, I spoke to Ayanda and Michael
I’ve bought more than 20GB on Saturday and it depleted within 30 minutes, I called Vodacom client service and I spoke to Lebo who confirmed all the transactions but couldn’t tell where my DATA went to, she even confirmed that they don’t have any technical issues but later I received a notification about Vodacom app having technical issues. I want my DATAS BACK,
I just read reviews and realised that I’ve been knocked. The order is NOT ON THE APP BUT MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED, there’s contact number and sterland Fishaways says there’s nothing they can do 😞😏😏
They advertise items they don’t have. I’ve paused for sometime because they were always out of stock whereas there’s stock online. And now I thought they’ve improved but nada
MiWay can do way better with choosing panel beaters. Yes we all looking for reasonable things because of our economy but their panel beater fix our cars with very old and crusty parts and don’t even bother to clean or paint them so they look better. They still have muds and rustic. They disrespect clients. I personally love MiWay as an insurance but their way of economising is pushing us away.
IwouldliketowriteareviewaboutMiWayInsurance, especially about Karishma Maharaj who helped get the 3rd party to take responsibility whereas the biker guy who knocked me claimed that I was at fault. I had given up until yesterday when Karishma called and told me she won the case. I truly hope she grows in every aspect of her career
I bought a voucher for 10 laser lipo just before locked down in 2020 and couldn’t do anything cause of lockdown. 2021 I went for 4 sessions then we had a lock down again. When I called to finish my session they gave me an attitude saying I’ve forfeited my voucher. I’ve been there several times and I’ll find the place locked due to load shedding. I called several time without n answer and eventually when they respond they tell me It has expired. I made my colleagues and mom buy the voucher, clearly theirs are forfeited too. I’m not happy with the service from them. They don’t respond to mails when you want to set an appointment. Immature service
Dotsure car insurance comes with a smart box that is paid by them from my monthly premium. After returning to Dotsure a lady said my smart box will be linked and she’ll send someone from netstar to link it. Today my claim is declined because of their incompetence not mine. It was not my responsibility to activate the smart box, my responsibility was to pay monthly premium which include smart box and I did. Shimi from Dotsure verification called yesterday and confirmed that our call recording confirms that a lady I spoke to said she will link the smart box, now my claim is declined for someone’ s irresponsibility. Please fix my car. I’ve been paying premiums and I don’t work for Dotsure or Netstar.
