Domains.co.za has proven that their hosting is not secure and after several security breaks and horrible service, I decided to leave. Personal information as well as hosting information was leaked with Domains.co.za refusing to admit that the leak was on their side. After several arguments, they admitted that the leak did happen on their side but also tried to blame the Registrar who is "failing" according to their staff. Big was my surprise today when I received an email with personal details listed and used which is obviously another leak at domains.co.za used to attempt to *****ulently get me to pay for services to an account which is "suspect".
This must be the absolute worthless internet provider in the world. Phoned them due to a break in the internet. Refused to help me if I did not switch off rooters etc during the call because I am a useless *****, although I told them that I had gone through all the steps before I gave them a call. Then they blamed "Openserve" and finally after my 4th call, they admitted there is a break in their service ALTHOUGH nobody in my area was experiencing a problem with Openserve or Herotell.
Hollywoodbets placed an advertising campaign via g13advertising.com on my website. Following their inability to confirm rates and other criteria they are unable in month two to pay monthly payments
Capitec Bank refuse to refund ******* transactions on my bank account and insist I must get the guilty party to write a letter in order to reverse said transaction. ****nuts.
I book a night at Hilton-Belfast. After leaving and settling my account at the Hilton they continued to place a hold of more than what my charges were and refuse to lift the hold. Hilton says I must clear if with the Hilton while Hilton says I just clear it with Bookings.
I have not experienced such an arrogant bunch of people that serve their customers such a bucket load of "@^" explanations, claiming errors have been fixed. When you point out that it is not the truth they simply say that is what their system shows. When you ask to speak to a manager they put you on hold until you drop the call.
Worst internet service ever. They can not tell me anything why what when or when will technicians be sent to premises. I am sorry sir we did log a call and if you do not like this then simply **** the hell off
Nowhere to log any problems and emails are sent but no reaction. Wonderfull product with kak support. No sorry no support.
