I stay in Seatides and a delivery was dropped off at home by a checkers 60/60 driver. I usually order while at work, so when the driver came, my son went to collect the parcel. The driver had delivered to the wrong house. My son called to ask about the parcel when the driver left and I confirmed that I hadn't ordered. A few minutes later the driver bike comes back and the driver starts threatening my son for having collected the parcel. **** to the neighbour that he had delivered at the correct house but my son went to collect. Mind you, this is during school hours so my elderly mother asked my son to quickly go to the gate as she wasn't able to do so herself at the time. The driver failed to inform the correct house that the delivery was made at my house and a huge fight erupted where a boy was threatened by grown men ALL BECAUSE THE DRIVER COULDN'T TELL THE TRUTH OF WHAT HE DID WITH THE DELIVERY. I am extremely disappointed with the service that left my son traumatized. No accountability from checkers UTHONGATHI MALL AT ALL. I have made several calls to report this and no one is there to assist. What happened it's extremely uncalled for and has caused a rift between neighbours because it was easier to lie then tell the truth. Disgusting service from Checkers once again!
Have seen an extreme improvement in my child's results this year. Great support system for the children, especially during exams. They provide good practice material before exams and I love the points bankings system they introduced. Very happy with them. Well done Teneo!
This is Mavis Masemola. I purchased bediing and a bed at Homechoice on 22 February 2025. The bedding was correct but the bed was incorrect. I notified the delivery people and they asked me to go to Homechoice Mameoldi Mall and notify them so they can come back and fetch the bed. Since then the bed has not been picked up and today I get a call that I have to pay for it even though the bed issue has still not been rectified. I have called them numerous times and visited the stores for assistance but they refuse to help me. I left with the wrong bed (base is Queen and mattress is double bed) and they do not want to help me. They are good at collecting the debit order every month but when it is time to correct their error they cannot help. I am completely disgusted by their attitude and service. The consultants are not helpful. I have sent evidence to them as requested on their whatsapp number several times as they requested but they still do nothing. It has been months of eduring this horrible service.
Yesterday I called to find out if my husband can add my son as a dependednt onto his membership. Consultant assured me that it is possible and my should should bring R150 for a tg and his ID. Today they go to Planet Fitness Lynnwood and my son is turned away because he must produce proof that it is his son. They excuse was "they don't have the same surnames". My husband (white male) calls me (black female) to speak to the consultant as we are confused why since we are married. No clear answer is given beside he must get proof of guardianship from Home Affairs to prove this. Many parents have different surnames to their children. Some children are fostered or adopted or become dependednts due to marriage. This is unacceptable. The child was told he is not allowed to use the facilities as it was made clear that he is not my husbands son just because we are married. NICE JOB planet fitness. Disgusting service once again!
3 weeks into receiving my vehicle from Drive.co.za, a taxi ran me off the road leading to damage on my bumper. I contacted Drive.co.za claims department and Etienne was ready to help me. I have to say, it's like speaking to a friend who has your best interest at heart. He arranged for my vehicle to be collected and dropped off for repairs. The vehicle was collected on Monday and back Thursday morning! Super quick!!!! Looks good as new. Thank you Etienne for the amazing service and handling my case with utmost care. A+ !!!
I was contacted by a random number last night for a job offer on whatsapp. They asked me to follow 2 channels on whatsapp so as to get paid for freelance marketing. The person sounded very sketchy as they couldnt answer where they got my number from and what they wanted. The whatsapp display name and the name they said they were did not match. The website was created this year about a week or so ago. They referred to accounts department as their "cash dept" which didnt make sense. They refuse to send job specs of company information. PLEASE DO NOT give your details to these people. block them immediately and report them.

If there is one school that had made my children and myself lose hope in the education system, it's Teneo. I registered my children in 2022 October for the following year's schooling. I spoke to Sisa Nompozolo who was helping register my children. She assured me that everything was fine and that i qualify for the early bird special, and after i told her i'll pay in the beginning of the year, she still assured me all will be okay because i registered in October. I went ahead and paid, received a confirmation letter, my fees per month (being R4850), and began the year. It all went downhill from February of 2023. I was double billed for my children's fees and sent through a ticket disputing this. I was told they are in the process of changing accounting systems and it would be sorted out. A few months later, i start receiving statements for different amounts to what i registered for. I called their connect for help and spoke to Minkie(of I'm spelling her name correctly) who told me to keep paying me fees via EFT while they sort the payment links out with the correct amounts. Around August i receive a statement which was over R26000!!! I contact the school once again and get sent around from one person to the next. After months of asking for help and being sent from pilar to post, in December i finally get someone to help and was told i owe an additional R2000+ per month because I'm on the current years fees and not the early bird special i registered for. I was also informed that my special was not captured by Sisa and therefore have to pay this R26000+ if i want to see my children's final reports! Please note that this was in December, no management to help because they're on leave and there's skelton staff working and there's nothing she can do. She advised i submit a dispute email to management to get help on the issue. I did as advised, but just like every trouble ticket i submited prior, it gets closed without being attended to. Come December 31st, i register my children for the following year. I receive acceptance emails for both my children gor grades registered and everyone's waiting for school to open so this fees story can be sorted out. Children start school as normal. End January i receive a statement of about R7500, which includes an additional R2000 on fees and no one has bothered to even call me at this point to discus my dispute. They took it upon themselves to just add that amount and expected me to comply. This evening i receive an email that says my son in grade 7 has been moved BACK TO GRADE 6 with immediate effect because they just reviewed his registration. My son has literally been in tears for hours now due to this. No prior communication before this of course. Because they decide and don't communicate with the parent. This behaviour from an organisation is truly abusive and unfair. It's damaging to not only myself, by my son as well. They literally hide behind emails, because they're an online school. Not even a telephone number that parents can call. No address. No nothing. If you don't do what they say, they withhold the child's results. It's not fair. I'm sick and tired of Teneo Education's abuse. It's enough! Where can i report them?
I'm extremely disappointed. School still hasn't started and no communication from the school. Everyday my children are waiting for a school schedule and the Calender is still empty. What's going on there? Both my children and my sisters child are enrolled and we are all experiencing the same problem. 😡
It's been one disappointment after another with this company. I had them connect fibre at my home and the internet keeps doing every few seconds since day 1. I have sent numerous emails asking for help and nko one us interested in responding. When i open a trouble ticket, they close it, saying im opening multiple tickets for the same issue. The consultant Joshua Peters doesn't even respond to my emails since the 23rd November. This is disgusting because they will want their money in full at the end of the month while i haven't been able to use the service they should be providing.
