I phoned of glass Boksburg after waiting for 7 min. For them to answer I asked for a price on a windscreen I was then asked for my email address, ID number cell number and then was told they will come back to me waiting now more than 45min for the call back. I’m not sure how much longer I must wait for a simple price
What atrocious service been without WiFi for more than 27hrs 1 email to say Vumatel has a problem nothing further. But still get charged for a full month.
Leroy Merlin Boksburg waited 27min in the checkout queue as only 3 tills were working on a busy Sunday morning atrocious service waited another 17 min to speak to a manager but still no one can and sorted the problem out.
There should be a - star rating for this shop Yesterday my wife and I wanted to purchase a bracelet last week my wife purchased the same bracelet for R49.99 yesterday they said it was R69.98 for the exact same thing. My wife then inquired why the price difference and could we get it at the lower price, the lady helping us Naledi said no we then asked why not she turned around and said with a attitude like that I’m NOT even going to help you and waked off when I asked her what the problem was she just said something to Mini and both of them just laughed and went back into the store

Should be a -5, every week for one or two days I don’t have WiFi but vox will still bill you for a full month. If there is WiFi I’m lucky to get 5/5 but paying for 25/25 they really like to ***** our money
Again should not even be a 1 star. Since I’ve become a customer of vox there has not been one month that the fibre has worked for the full month, last month 4 days down with no refund or credit to my account again yesterday down for over 7 hrs.
Should be zero stars even one is too much. Out of the 10 days with WiFi I’ve had 6, 4 days not working now I’m paying for 25/25 but max im getting is 3.6 down & 0,34 upload and ever time I h phone them it’s more than R50.00 air time I’m wasting but no credit for the 96hrs of no service
