I am expecting my parcel to be delivered, Last night around 18:42 seemingly they arrived at my delivery address and returned without hooting or calling me. now, I am told that I will receive my parcel in August. The number they called me with is now not available. I really don't understand why didn't they call me when they were outside to confirm if there's anyone at home. I am really cross. Can somebody please help me. These Aramex is useless and they don't do their jobs professionally. All I want is my parcel!!! To hell with what they are saying, it is not my problem that they did not call or hoot.
I have a router/data contract with Telkom, everytime they don't get money from my account they charge over 200 for a rejected debit order. last month, they tried to debit on the agreed date and was rejected, they then charged me something like 204, then they tried again toward month end, still got rejected. i was still charged. My balance was now 763.00. Got an email from their collections department to pay that money so my services can be reconnected, I did make payment on the 24/02/2025. Then on the 26/02/2025 i was notified that they did receive payment and my account is referred back to Telkom. I keep calling Telkom asking when they will reconnect my services, they tell me to call Nu Debt, their collections, I call them...they tell me to call Telkom. I feel Telkom is overcharging its client for debit order rejection but then again, they don't take their clients serious. till to date, my services are still disconnected. They either reconnect immediately or i am cancelling the contract with them. I am really fed-up and angry!!!
I was intsucted by a client service rep from Mr Price to go to the branch to get my gift card of 353.18 since my account is overpaid. This was after I received a closed case file from VVM attorney that my account is closed on their side. I sent this letter to Mr Price. When I got to the branch, this lady was instructed by the manager to help me. After being on the phone with their client services for about 15 minutes, she told me that I should contact VVM attorneys. Despite me showing her the letter from VVM and an email from Mr Price to come to them for assistance, she was not keen to help me. All I want is my money, I no longer want anything to do with them.

I am very disappointed in Telkom. Last month they charged me over 200 for a returned debit order. This is madness. It's almost the same as my monthly instalment. My balance was over a 1000. I paid 429 then my balance was 626 which i intended to pay before month end. Now yesterday they tried debitting the 626 which also was returned. Meaning they are going to add the 200 to my bill for the month. I never agreed to them debitting my account on the 15th. I am very angry. If they going to charge that extra 200, i want them to come get their router and cancel my contract. This is a lot!
I am so disgusted by AArto. I tried contacting them via email and calling their offices but no response. they don't respond to emails, no answer call. I submitted all necessary documents, until today they don't even give an update on one's application. right now, I am on the verge of being issued with a warrant of arrest because I don't know whether AArto will revoke the fine on my name or I should pay. Despite my countless efforts to contact them, they just won't respond. All I need is answers...our government is failing us sometimes.
Multichoice is a *****. I always pay 329.00 for my subscription every month. This month, when I checked my balance before paying, my balance was at 563.61. I phoned in on Friday morning, April 26th, i spent 1 hour holding while this consultant is 'trying' to explain a whole bunch of nonsense to me. At first she said I have a PVR something on my account, after telling her that I don't. She then came back to tell me that I have Xtraview activated hence I should pay access fee. I still told her I dont have such. I only paid 329.00 that I know of. I told her I am not going to pay that 269.64, she said my services are going to be disconnected. I told her, its fine they can disconnect it and delete my account while at it. She then said she is going to listen to audio recordings and will call be before business ends, she never did. They disconnected my subscription, only channel 100 is playing. I still maintain, I am not paying for something I dont have. I'd rather buy Openview....
Standard bank branch in Reitz renders poor customer service. to start with, the consultants are not friendly, the manager does not have time to interact with clients. whenever you are at the bank, the manager will tell you he is busy, you should leave your number. he never calls you. my mother spent 3 hours waiting in the line just to open an account. next thing she was told to come back after 5 days to collect her card. she is diabetic, she had to sit there as hungry as she was, they just don't care. no preference is given to old people with chronic conditions. their service is very poor.
