Worst customer service I have ever encountered
I purchased a wikideal for a spa treatment for 2. I have been trying to get hold of the spa to make a booking with no luck they don’t answer there phone or respond to emails. The 1st booking I made over the phone I was told was not captured on the system on the day I then made second booking and have still not received confirmation of this booking. The voucher is expiry and I still can’t get hold of them to confirm my booking. This is so frustrating.

Why is difficult to get of them
Very difficult to get hold of them. They haven’t debited my account therefore I don’t have data and I can’t get hold of them. This is so frustrating.

Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a dress from them a week ago when I called yesterday they said it will be sent out today. I asked them to send it as it will be too late there website said 3-7 business days for delivery. Lady on the phone said it will take 7-14 days for refund. I got no confirmation of the cancellation no reference or anything. I feel like I won’t get the order or refund.

The worst customer experience ever.
I purchased a bedset from them on 2nd of October, they advised me that it would be available on the '9th November' when I contacted them on the 9th October they told me they needed another 3 days, again I had to contact them on the 11th November to ask when the head board and base would arrive and there manager advised they did not have material 'for a bed set that was paid for on the 2nd October' and it would be ready and delivered on the 14th. On the 16th I had to contact them again and was told it would arrive on the 18th because it was in joburg. On the 20th I had to contact them again to ask for a refund and no one is responding. This company is a scam I doubt I will ever get the bed set or refund back from them. Everyone I speak to tells me something different. It's been lie after lie

Bad customer service
I've been trying to get hold of customer support at rain to cancel within my 7 day cancelation period but have gotten no response. There is no support and I have no connection.
