No internet the whole week but I’m expected to pay full subscription fees and then when I want to cancel cause of the ****ty service you want to bill me yet I am unable to work coz of your internet being off line due to maintenance for a whole week? Who is going to refund all the money I spent buying data ? Yet when I’m one day late on payment you quick to suspend me . I also work in the fibre industry we don’t treat our clients this way . Then you want to have two price increases in a short space of time and not improve the level of service you give us as consumers this is a disgrace really I’m losing money cause of down time fix this ****ty service you giving us in the south coast other providers are up and running while yutiliti is always having maintenance issues
This is absolutely disgusting service from showmax 4 payments were made 3XR99 1XR225 for a **** up they made by changing packages with no communication what so ever then I’m advised to cancel my subscription then sign in again nothing works I want my money back this is a unexpected mistake caused by showmax and all they can say is the so sorry for the inconvenience what about the money I have spent due to they **** up in advertising learn to send out communication that explains properly your changes in packages what’s the use paying so much money if I cannot use my tv with show max wake up man this is absolutely unacceptable
I Ordered on Mr D from Montclair chicken licken order #DFD179345214 supposed to be delivered at 19:43 no feedback from the restaurant or call as to why order is delayed its now 8:30 called Mr D they have escalated it as Chicken Licken has not updated them this is very bad service really I expected more from a well known establishment
I have had it with mweb I signed up for a Fibre with them nobody explained to me about the pro data debit which I agreed to be added to Aprils bill today I received a sms for termination which I did not ask for cancelation I requested for a double debit on 30 April now I have no internet thanks to mweb no response on social media or help from call center
Nobody answers the phone when u need to speak with HR nobody picks up you want to inform them you are not well nobody picks up or if somebody does they put u on hold or hang up the phone personally this is not right my hubby was sick and informed the team leader who said we must call HR and when we do nobody helps they cut the call or redirect to numbers that dont work now they send him a sms stating he must come through for a resignation interview yet we have been trying to get a hold of them from Wednesday morning its now friday still nobody helps and they want to with hold his salary yet he is sick Ignition Group Umhlanga Please Contact Me Urgently Regarding this matter cause your agents really are not helping one bit
