Hi I have a contract with vodacom that is finish end of November 2020 I went to vodacom in September to do SIM swap and check when am I finish my contract only to be told that someone else has renewed it in another province and the sho cannot help me since it was done in a branch, they gave me customer number to call i called it the person who was helping me said she will cancel it since it was within cancelation days.when I went to do payment end of September I was told I owe R700 instead of R109 I normally pay reason was I have renewed my contract given a number to call again and this time was told it was not canceled because it was not within cancelation days I need to do affidavit and send it to vodacom fraud center which I did and received reference number and they said they will come back to me within 14 days, affidavit was sent on the 9 October 2020 and up until today there's no response from vodacom. Am very disappointed with their service
