Disrespectful staff and Bad customer service from Panarottis Pizza Lifestyle Shopping Center Centurion
We felt very disrespected and had an underwhelming experience with all staff excluding Sara(manager) @ Panarottis Pizza Lifestyle Shopping Center Centurion... Please note Clear T&C's regarding kids eat for free specials on Sundays as we where not recognized and disrespected by the staff.

Great check out experience at Shoprite Mabopane Square
Positive attitude: I want to recognize Lehlohonolo Nathi Mashinini for their consistently positive and cheerful demeanor. Every time I come through their lane, they brighten my day. Their great attitude makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant. Patience and kindness: I had a complicated transaction today, but she was incredibly patient and kind. She handled the issue calmly and with a smile, which made a potentially stressful situation completely stress-free. Exceptional politeness: Even though the store was very busy, she remained polite and courteous with every customer. It's rare to see that level of composure during a rush, and it really made a difference in my experience.

Pudo courier damaged my package, and viawiil not account for my package
After opening the Pudo locker I found my package damaged and when I tried to make them aware of my situation the totally dismissed me and to me that there is no such thing, even after I showed them proof. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Telkom cellular insurance are *****sters 🚮
I've sent an email on the 13th December 2023 to cancel one of my phones insurance and didn't get a response that from the telkomclaimsadminplus team, on the 20th December 2023 the telkom insurance debited their monthly amount from my account after I've sent a cancelation email.... so I decided to send another email on the 21nd December 2023 and only after the 2nd email was sent...they responded on the 22nd that my telkom insurance has been canceled, and already debited from my bank account for the month December.. I want my full refund for the month December 2023, you all are *****sters🚮

Shoprite and it's Bad cashier service
Bad customer service at Shoprite Mabopane Square I went to Shoprite Mabopane Square to withdraw in my shoprite money account where a cashier named Suzane Mogauwe gave me an attitude and didn't want to assist me,I even had to call the supervisor and she even gave her supervisor Ofentse trouble as well when she tried to replimened her... I had such a bad experience... Imagine having trouble to withdraw your own money, I so much regret making a money account at Shoprite. 🚮
