Avoid at all costs
The biggest con artists. Paid for my order then had to beg for it to be delivered. I ordered purple it came in blue and the other item is broken. Stay clear of Charlotte. She gave me every excuse as to why my order had not left. First chicken pox and then a flood. Trendy Thrift is a WhatsApp group where you can buy **** goods.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
These are a waste of money. They don’t stick. One drip of sweat and it comes off. I clean my nose THOROUGHLY like they say and it still didn’t stick. The customer service is also pathetic.

Unprofessional
The most unprofessional Dr. She prescribed meds and then couldn’t remember why. She would book me into hospital just so that she could charge her consulting fee. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service
The worst service and communication. I have to constantly follow up after 6 months of back and forth and still waiting a response. The broker is clueless and messed up all my policies. Even escalation does not get done properly.

Worst experience,Don’t be fooled by cheaper prices
Shocking experience. Needed to change my booking - landed up paying double what a normal flight would cost because of the change and every time I tried to pay online the website link broke which in turn resulted in the ticket price going higher by the day. Will never book through them again.

Poor quality for an overpriced product
Freddy SA think they can change their name to Freddy Wear SA and customers will be fooled. Still the same overpriced bad quality product with poor customer service. I bought a pair of pants. One wear and they broke. Still the same shocking customer service where no one gets back to you.

I will only ever buy Freddy!
Just WOW! Always such an amazing customer experience in any Freddy store. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I will only ever buy Freddy pants they are the best, most comfortable and high quality pants I have ever worn.
