I bought earings at Deonne le Roux ( Kolonnade) during black Friday of 2023. wore them once and there was a problem with hooks, i took them in and they fixed them. On wearing them the third or fourth time, one part was loose, i took them in January 2025, I have been waiting since, they kept on referring me to their supplier, they gave a run around, they are refusing to accept that the earings are poor quality. They dont want to refund or exchange them. I am so disgruntled and very angry, I lost more than R5k for low quality earings that they claim is best quality. I am no longer buying anything from them, never. They dont have the interest of customers at heart at all. Its about the bottom line for them
Your service is horrible and pathetic, one can actually die while waiting for medication. You dont respond to any correspondence nor provide feedback . BONITAS mus just cancel this arrangement with you. PD359927Z009.
Bonitas need to find an alternative service provider. The service of Pharmacy direct is pathetic. Only when you call to follow up on your medication you are then told you have an outstanding co - payment. They then send you banking details without the outstanding amount. No follow up NOTHING. Your service is VERY BAD
This is the third review I am writing regarding Rain Network. I am escalating to the Consumer Council. They acknowledge my complaint but empty promises, they don't contact me, and they are so insincere and ********* in how they conduct business. We have spent hours on the phone with them, NO HELP. PLEASE DON'T SIGN FOR ANY RAIN NETWORK CONTRACT. We are struggling to get our refund, they debited the account after we had cancelled and they agreed and terminated our service.
My order was delivered way ahead of time. Professional service. Highly recommended.
Rain has not been in touch nor resolved our query. Guys rather use Vodacom. We canceled the contract and they terminated our services BUT they still debited us R739 in March. Maybe one should now consider the power of social media. We just want out refund......
UNNECESSARY DEBIT ORDER AFTER CANCELLATION We have been trying to cancel our RAIN account due to financial constraints. We cancelled the account in February 2024 and end of the month were we debited. The services were terminated during March as we had no access to the Internet as a result of the cancellation. To our surprise we were debited again now in March. Upon enquiry we were informed that " we were debited in March for February services" however our account shows contrary to their explanation. All that we want is our money back debited in March which is R739.
Pharmacy Direct is extremely inefficient. I have been waiting for my medication for over a week now. Have been calling them etc. Today they said I have an outstanding amount, I paid the amount and emailed them proof thereof, but still, they say I owe them. Bonitas must just get rid of them. Call center agents are not so competent and helpful. So frustrating......
The service is deteriorating. On several occasions i receive an email confirming that my parcel has been delivered at the Menlyn store however when I go there I am told that the parcel is not there worse the management is unable to help or direct me, poor customer service and frustrating. Waste of my time, petrol and money worse you wait on a long queue only to be told that your parcel is not there
My contract is due to the expiry end of December. I wanted to cancel my contract how Planet Fitness has informed that there will be a penalty to pay should I terminate my membership as all membership was extended with 5 months due to lockdown. This is news to me, this was never brought to my attention. I don't want to be part of Planet Fitness anymore.
