I app**** for a loan earlier today and was prompted to upload bank statements. When I uploaded, it gave me unsuccessful error. I joined live chat for assistance with this and no one responded for 20 min. I started my application over and the same happened when uploading bank statements. I reached out on live chat again and as we speak I have been waiting for assistance for half an hour. The service is nonexistent. Very bad
It’s not fair to wait in a chat queue to talk to someone for 20-30 minutes and when you finally get someone they end the chat. I just wanted to check if they require anything else for loan application but the service is bad. I’m currently in the queue again for 30 minutes.
What a time waster!! You deposit and as soon as you open a game to play, the app as well as the site just goes blank and you have to open the page and login all over again. I bought a bonus on Sugar Rush 1000 and can’t even play it because the game just keeps closing. Don’t waste your money on this app. You will lose your money and waste your time.
I joined their live chat to enquire why I’m being requested to submit documents on the dashboard and yet it won’t allow me to upload any documents. Something so simple which I waited on live chat for over 30 minutes and still no one provided me with feedback. The agent said she’s checking and then started ignoring my messages. They are a waste of time. Not recommended.
Worst experience ever. Once you join live chat it will be 30 minutes before they even greet you if you hear anything from them at all. I am not getting the option to accept my quote via the link they sent but no one is able to assist me. Poor service and time wasters.
I’ve been taking part in the weekly wheel drop promo and finally collected all 3 pieces of the wheel and when the last piece was collected, the app refreshed and I didn’t get my bonus wheel spin. This is a very dishonest website and they make you take part in promos and tournaments just to make you start all over again when it’s time to credit you. It now says that I have collected 0 pieces. Disgusting
My mother app**** for membership and this so called application process has been ongoing for 3 months now. They keep requesting further documentation and information that they already have. I am extremely disappointed that my parents have still not received any acknowledgment to the last forms they have filled out which was (once again) 4 days ago. No one provides feedback and when we have followed up countless times, only then, will they say “we still require this and that”. This is not right as the waiting period after the application should have been concluded by now but they keep on wasting our time. No one is taking this this seriously. My last review on Hello Peter was a month ago now it’s a month later and there’s just still no resolution. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life and they have absolutely no respect for people’s time. Discovery does not value their potential clients so imagine what the actual clients are going through. Definitely not recommended. Horrible service
My mother app**** for member for her and my dad 4 months ago. They responded asking for a hand-written signature and not a digital one. My mom responded the same day with what they required and resubmitted the forms but up until today, no one is responding to her or got back with any type of feedback. Keep in mind that even when the application goes through, there’s still going to be a waiting period before they medical aid can be used. They know all this but still wasting people’s time. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
I was led to believe that my wagering had been completed and when it was time for my withdrawal to be finalised I was notified that I have not met the playthrough requirements. The promotional offer that was claimed has since expired and I am now unable to proceed even though no expiry date was stated on the offer. For this reason the withdrawal was cancelled due to an error on their end with regards to my wagering status. I’m extremely disappointed in the communication as well as when my withdrawals were pending and I followed up over the weekend, there was no mention of any outstanding wagering during the validity period of this promotion. I would not recommend this app. I was advised that it is being investigated but they are unable to provide a time frame. The worst service
Day 4 since reporting my winnings not being paid out during my gameplay on Lucky Fortune Cat. No resolution or assistance provided. The people being paid to assist you are asking you to retrieve information and do their job as though you did not provide the necessary information. Literal screenshots reflecting game, date, exact times as well as bet amounts. The person who called me demanded more screenshots of their backend system information (game/ bet ID) which they have access to …. All because they do not want to credit my winnings or they are too lazy to look into it. The service is horrible and I do not recommend this app.
