Consultant was clear and direct , even when stopped and asked questions they were very knowledgeable on the product ..
Took the car there for a temperature switch to get the fan working , and it has come back 2 times with the same leak , I took it back I was charged for a radiator and assured that the leak is gone and it still Leaks in the same spot . They would like to me to go back and potentially charge for something else. (All times they say they did a diagnostic and all is fixed)
There was an instant response to a power failure on the car . Excellent service!

For the most part the experience is good , seamless and hassle free . I however did once have a claim I didn't go through with for a passenger window that through miway would have cost more than just going to PG glass and paying myself.
I have a policy with miway , need just a little info and documents sent to me. Was called shortly by Sipho Mokoena at miway and sent them over as fast as he could eager to assist further with anything else
