I dealt with 2 consultants as I later on in the day changed the days of my policy dates and both consultants were extremely helpful and accommodating to my requirements.
I was previously debited incorrectly by MTN in December, which took a while to sort out and eventually a credit was passed on my account but then I was incorrectly debited again last month. My debit orders are set for the first and when I noticed the amount was a lot higher I immediately emailed customer care on the 2 March and to date I have not received a response, I have also sent a second email and tried explaining my issue to an agent via Messenger who does not understand my problem and keeps giving me excuses and information I already know, I need to know why an incorrect amount was debited from my account for a second time and when you will be rectifying this! Also please can you train your agents to directly forward customers information to the relevant departments if they are unsure how to assist, instead of beating around the bush and making your customers even more frustrated!
We booked for a birthday last week, when we made the reservation we had asked about the writing of a happy birthday on the plate to which we were told it is not a problem. Our service was on point however it slowly dwindled as the place got busy which is understandable. The steaks were absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection, creamed spinach was not a hit very average as the "cream" was not very present. The mac and cheese as a side order was extremely good, definitely a must try! The pina colada was the best I've had. As our night was coming to a close we realized that the birthday "treat / plate" was not going to arrive and possibly forgotten, we enquired with our waiter and it seemed like he had no idea about the birthday to which he then brought out a piece of cake with a sparkle, no writing and saying there was no ice cream. So our night ended bitter sweet but I would go back purely for the steak and mac and cheese.
I placed an order on the 24th September which consisted of 2 pairs of shoes. I collected 1 pair from the store of my choice however I did not received a message for collection about the 2nd pair! I enquired in store on the 9th October and they said they were unable to help me and I must wait for a code. The online team eventually got back to me on the 21st October saying that my package was received and I can go collect. Here I am thinking finally but when I get to the store I am told that there is no package and the person mentioned by the online team does not even work at the store! The store then phoned the online team and was told it was possibly sent to an incorrect store and they will contact me regarding this, a few days later and still no feedback. I then emailed the online team, to which they replied on the 25th October and advised me that my package was infact delivered to a store in Port Elizabeth, my choice of store selected is Johannesburg. To date I have not received any feedback and I even sent another email but no response has been received!
