I am a business owner in Klerksdorp area and I am beyond disappointed with the service and treatment I have received from the Konica Minolta Klerksdorp branch. This matter has been ongoing for an extended period and despite numerous emails and escalations to management and Head Office, the issues remain unresolved. My concerns are as follows: 1. Constant financial miscommunication and double deductions There have been repeated shortfalls and double deductions on my account due to poor internal communication within their financial office. Instead of acknowledging and correcting these errors professionally, management has defended the mistakes and attempted to shift blame onto me as the client. 2. Incorrect meter readings and questionable billing practices Invoices have reflected incorrect meter readings. When I submitted my own meter readings (as requested), I was later told that my readings “do not count” because they use another internal system. This system was never explained to me, and no proof has been provided to justify the figures they insist are correct. I am simply expected to accept their numbers without transparency or evidence. 3. Being ignored by management Multiple emails sent to various levels of management have gone unanswered for weeks. Communication has been unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying client, being ignored is unacceptable. 4. Misrepresentation during contract renewal During the renewal process, I was not informed that the machines provided were refurbished units rather than new machines. This information was not clearly disclosed upfront. I believe this was intentionally withheld. Overall, my experience with Konica Minolta Klerksdorp has been the biggest disappointment. Instead of receiving support and accountability, I have faced defensiveness, poor communication, and a complete lack of transparency.
First National Bank Orkney Branch Never Has Change for Clients
Absa Bank Orkney. Deposits at bank tellers faulty. I sent one of my staff members to the ABSA bank tellers to deposit money for one of my suppliers. She came back to me saying that the teller never deposited the money and also didn't give the money back upon going into the bank and reporting it the woman working behind the desk told her that the money would only be deposited back into my account in 7 days!!!!! This is when I went in after refusing to leave and getting incredibly angry and shouting they actually checked on they system for the first time to see the money was actually deposited. Why couldn't they have actually just checked in the first place when my employee reported it why did I have to go in and have a screaming session before anyone did anything. Branch manager and woman sitting behind the desk just shrug up their shoulders. They also mentioned that this has been happening since last week already why has nothing been done about it should everyone just accept the shrugged shoulders and wait 7 days for money they don't have Highly disgusted in ABSA Bank Orkney
Mtn Matlosana Mall. Terrible telephone etiquette there was a problem on my contract which I called in at MTN Matlosana Mall. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and very unhelpful after I told her my contract was a business contract twice she continued to ask for my contact number saying that my number wasn't on contract I then gave her an alternative number to check on and she then put the phone down where I could here everything the were saying she kept me on ''hold'' while having a huge conversation with another staff member. After keeping me waiting she asked if the contract was for a business which I told her was a business contract from the start of the conversation. I then hung up in frustration and called back which there was no answer to when finally someone answered the phone the second person also had an attitude and told me to drop my attitude!!!!!!!! To which I asked for a manager and they just put another staff member claiming to be a supervisor. In my life I have never experienced such rude behavior from ANY company shame on MTN Matlosana Mall.
Totally disappointed in the insurance department I've called them to find out what my policy entail and each operator sends me to the next operator I spent an hour on the phone and spoke to 12 different people and no one knows who's job it is standard bank insurance quick to take your money but very very *********** in giving answers
Terrible customer service bank full of people only one teller open been in the que for an hour and a half no apologies made
I have been trying to call courier guy since yesterday 22 November 2022 to make arrangements for a collection I have phone 50 times and no one picks up the phone when you go into the branch everyone is sitting around doing nothing!!!!!!!!
This morning I went to the Orkney branch as my app needs to be verified low and behold they can't help because they can't find my finger print the consultant lifts up his arms and says sorry come back later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I go to the Klerksdorp branch in Flamwood even worse treatment than the first. The lady at the door listens to my problem tells me to come in and sit down I sit down and I get reprimanded for sitting she proceeds to put me in the corner and she helps the clients at the door I got agitated and asked her if I should leave where she proceeds to tell me she must first help the people at the door first I eventually left because I was forgotten in the corner. If this is the treatment I can expect I will be closing my account with FNB asap.
I'm highly disgusted. I got a call from the control room this afternoon at 17:33 I told them I wasn't home and to please send someone to come and look what my alarm is going off they only arrived now at 18:54 to see what's wrong. The excuse is that the vehicle in Orkney isn't working. ADT is extremely quick to take your money on the first but when it comes to service delivery there is absolutely no joy.
I'm highly disgusted my alarm goes off this morning only to be met with a phone call from a machine asking if my life is in danger? I hang up I don't want to talk to a machin the control room calls me only to be met with an arrogant oporator who can't seem to hear me at all and keeps asking me to repeat myself.
