Horrific Client Service
Horrible customer service. Been on hold waiting for a consultant to answer for almost 1h30. This is appalling to say the least.

Horrible delivery service
Ordered a birthday gift 2 weeks in advanced, the website did not provide me with a option to select priority delivery, phoned in they said they will make a note to deliver early. They arrived at the destination 16:00 that afternoon when the business was already closed for the day. Needless to say, my person never received their birthday gift on their birthday, disgusting no assistance provided at all!!! No one willing to help, terrible experience!

Overnight accommodation
Lovely stay, beautiful bedrooms friendly staff and amazing food. The power was off during our stay during the day due to problems within in the town (not the quest house's fault) and the kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate us with some food!!! Which was amazing by the way!!! Loved this small getaway!

Worst experience ever in Parys, Free State
Rude and unprofessional owners. Disgusting place, dirty bedding, unhygienic kitchen, broken amenities, filthy cutlery and false advertising on rental websites. No compensation was made after these aspects were brought to their attention, falsely blaming us as guests for the horrible condition the place was as we found it on arrival. Won't recommend at all!
