I'm so disappointed with the service, my 2 parcel from Durban arrived in Johannesburg courier hub on the 04th Dec and still not arrive at PEP store for collection. When you call the support centre, you don't get much assistance cos they also don't know what to say to a client. I need to leave to another province on the 13/Dec and sounds like i won't get my parcel before i leave. This is totally not acceptable
Good Day, In November 2022 i called Rain to enquire about the rain unlimited home wi-fi 5G and they did check my location and advised that there's a connection. I paid for the service and the router was delivered 1st week in December 2022. Submitted proof of residence and was informed that the Sim card has been activated. Sim was inserted into the router only the top light was reflecting. Called rain and they advised that i need to remove the Sim card from the router and insert into my mobile phone and perform APN setting. Still I battled to connect to the internet. Called rain several time but no assistance. It's either a technician will call back or my call has been escalated. Out of frustration i requested that they cancel my contract early in Jan because i have not been able to use their services. I got billed in Jan and also in Feb and when i called to find out why I'm i billed for services that i have not used, the consultant couldn't provide me with the answer. I was placed on call for almost 50mins with no communication or whatsoever. I'm very disappointed with their consultants, they don't know how to handle a customers issue and they absolutely don't have empathy. The service that i have received from Rain consultants is appalling.
I'm frustrated with the service from Thembridge services, they were assigned by Standard Bank Home Insurance to fixed the roof leakage at my house. At first they were pro-active they came in and fixed however not everything was completed. I have called them and they advised that they will come, this work was assigned to them last year September 2021 up until today i have not heard from them.
Poor handling of the Claim I'm disappointed with how Standard Bank consultant are handling the claim i made last year. After the storm that happened last year i called Standard Bank home insurance for the leakage on my roof. At first the service was fantastic, the guys from Thembridge came and fixed the roof however some of the elements were missing. I have called Standard Bank home insurance to resolve the issue about 4 times but i'm not getting any joy from them. I've also called Thembridge and they promised to come but nothing. I'm frustrated and angry because I'm using my airtime to call and still they don't consider that. They have closed my branches and now you are relying on the mobile phone which is not helping at the present moment.
I'm highly disappointed and angry with MRP Mobile, i had a contract with them and requested that can they please cancel the contract. I even went to Alberton Mr Price store to request for them to close my account. And they told me that i owed around R220 which i paid on Saturday via EFT and on Monday, sent them an email confirming that i have made a payment can they close the account. Only to be called by a consultant telling me that i owe R139 on the contract as a result it won't be close. I was soo livid cos firstly i request that they close my account telephonically, which they didn't. Still went to Alberton Store thinking maybe something different will happen but nothing. Also when you go to the shop they still put you on call and speak to an agent. I'm soo angry because it's been more than a year i have not been using thier service yet they expect me to pay every month. I've been paying so that my credit can be clear but now they have really pushed me over the edge. I'M SOOO FRUSTRATED WITH THIER SERVICE AND JUDGING BY THE REVIEWS THAT I HAVE READ, THEY ARE NOT PREPARED TO IMPROVE. I soo wish that someone could take this up with them.
