Outstanding Service

Refund Dubai Flight
I booked flight tickets to Dubai in November for December 2021 at R27 000 and due to Covid lockdown all flights were cancelled, we were reassured that we can either be refunded or rebook. I request a refund quote and was shocked that I was offered R22 000 out of my R27 000 so I declined and thought Id rather rebook with my credit. April 2022 I email them to book me flights to Amsterdam for July and was sent a rebooking charge of R10 000 over what I've paid...to say I was shocked as felt scammed is minute. I couldn't understand why I had to R10k more and why this process of retrieving my hard earned cash with Travelstarts was now an issue. I decided to cut my losses and just try and get the refund for the R22 000, sent the contact form request, emailed them, called call centre where I was helped after 35 minutes holding, only to be sent a link right back to the non-responsive contact form on their website. This totally unacceptable that this company conducts itself so fraudulently within our s****s, no offices and cannot trace management to escalate issues. I've used them many times before for my international flights and never had to change bookings or cancelled BUT now I doubt ever making use of them again and would encourage my friends never to. Please be a fair company and refund us our monites!!

Cancellation Hell
I've been trying to cancel my Vodacom subscriptions for data and airtime no avail, called in twice and every time promised that its processed . Branches says they dont process cancellations...what the hell!!! I just need my cancellations processed am I bound by force now...
