02/04/2025 This happened at the Unit8 branch your front staff and supervisor have no respect and no ways of talking this not the first time this is happening well now I had to publicly voice the issue out came into the store around 6pm I bought a 2lt coke it was R29 when I came back into my vehicle I then saw the ad was 2 x 2lt coke for R45 when I went back into the store your staff working the gave me attitude most disgusting asking me but why and this and that like they giving me for free end of the day be respectful and another customer also said that the staff have no ways of talking this brings your store down maybe they need to go for couching lessons....... Difference if I took my stuffs home and came back......
DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR AT ALL I MADE PAYMENT FROM MY BANKING APP AND IMMEDIATE EFT TOWARDS MY ACCOUNT THE LN FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AN UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT IF YOU CAN CALL THEM (AGENT)WAS TOLD I DIDN'T MAJE PAYMENT TOWARDS MY ACCOUNT ,WHEN I SAID I DID AND SENT A SCREENSHOT ,THE WAS TOLD TO SEND IT TO POPSERVISE@GMAIL.COM DID THEN WAS CONTACTED AGAIN SAYING MY PAYMENT IS OVER DUE ,i THEN ASKED WHAT DID YOURL NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT ,THEN WAS TOLD I USED A WRONG REF NUMBER ???? BUT PAYMENT WAS MADE SO ARE THEY NOT LOOKING WHOS PUTTING MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT.......... AND NOW ON MY SCROE SHOWS IV MISSED A PAYMENT WFT......IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE CNT DO THEY JOB WELL ........
Can't even rate a -star bought a special sandwich @checkstar phoenix branch which was so terrifying horrible the bread was like rusk and the chips was fried with its peel still on counted 4 chips ton of sauce and cheese about 4 small pebels i fought the phoenix branch at the plaza was bad yoh even at checkstar so all the same (new broom sweeps clean ) .
EVERYWHERE SPECIALS WAS PUT OUT ON THE MEDIA AND TV REGARDING THE FOOD ITEMS KOO BAKE BEANS 6 FOR R50 AND MANY MORE I VISITED THE RONALDO ROAD NORTH COAST BRANCH TO PURCHASE FOOD ITEMS OVER R3000 FOR A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS WHO COULD NOT COME DUE TO TRANSPORT WHEN I REACHED THERE I THEN STARTED PICKING UP THE FRUIT AND VEG THAT WAS ON SPECIAL AND WHEN I PICKED UP THE TOMATOES IN THE CAN AND OTHER ITEMS AND WHENT TO PAY THE LADY THEN TOLD ME ITS NO MORE FOOD LOVER'S MARKET ITS RUN BY ANOTHER NAME SO I HAD TO LEAVE OUT THE FOOD STUFFS CAUSE THERE DIDNOT GIVE ME THE STUFFS, BUT THE NAME WAS STILL ON THE BORED AND I WASTED PATROL I ONLY MANAGED TO BUY THE VEG WHICH SHE SAID THAT'S ON SPECIAL ON THE TILL SLIP STILL SHOWS FOOD LOVER'S MARKET IF YOUR NEW THAT THE STORE WAS NO MORE RUNNING UNDER THE NAME AND OTHER NAME YOUR SHOULD HAVE OUT NOTICE ON THE MEDIA AND TV ONLY FEW STORES OR PUT EXCLUDING THE NORTH COAST RONALDO UTTER BULL A BIG STORE LIKE THIS COULD NOT PUBLISH THE PROPER INFORMATION OUT MANY PEOPLE CAME TO BUY THE STUFFS HAD TO RETURN WITHOUT THE ITEMS THERE CAME FOR......
DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR My ACCOUNT WAS OVER DUE I CAME INTO THE STORE TO MAKE PAYMENT, WHEN I MADE PAYMENT ON MY ACCOUNT I PAID MORE THEN WHAT WAS NEEDED SO ON MY ACCOUNT SUMMARY THERE IS A - FIGURE OWING TO ME FOR THE PASS 2 WEEKS IV BEEN WAITING FOR MY DUE MONEY AND EVERY TIME I HAVE TO COME INTO THE STORE AND QUARRY ABOUT THIS MONEY DUE I GET ANSWERS THAT I MUST WAIT FEW DAYS WHY MUST I WAIT FOR WHAT'S MINE AND UTMOST POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DOES NOT MEANS IF YOU BUY ON ACCOUNT AND CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME YOU MUST BE TREATED IN THAT SERVICE MANOR, ALL THE TRIPS IM MAKING TO THE STORE WHO WILL FUND ME FOR TRANSPORTATION?????? AND WHEN YOU ENTER THE STORE NO GUARD THERE, THE GUARD IS BUSY TALKING INSIDE THE STORE NO ONE ON THE FLOOR TO HELP CUSTOMERS IF THERE'S NO TO HELP PLEASE EMPLOY STAFF TO WORK SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN GET HELP POOR POOR SERVICE AGAIN......
I was at the Phoenix Shoprite branch yesterday 19.06.21 around 4pm I just finished me shopping while cashing for my items by the till point Robertson spice in the the small box was on promo for R10 normal price R19 the cashier then called the manager who came to the till point to cancel it while she was there I asked her is it not for R10 cause yourl have a promo bored on she just looked at me and walk away not saying anything how can you as a so called manager do that and the other Costomers was looking shocked if she cnt display management skills and Costomer service step down cause it's not right to just walk away when someone is talking to you I didn't see her name tag but she's tall short hair
I'm at the Davenport bank waiting to be attended to for the pass 1 hour I'm waiting in the que to deposit money into a account only two tellers that are working no bulk tellers that are in this bank but your have two meeting rooms meeting room 1and meeting room2 which is waste of space please do something about this bank people can't wait this long cause bulk n smaller deposit are in one place so that means if someone has R200000.00 in cash that are in notes of R10 And R20 how long must one wait other banks around Davenport hav bulk tellers common this is a business not a barber shop to wait long ......I'm ****ed of waiting for far to long and no1 on the floor to check up on the people
I Arnold floyd pillay on the 07/11/20 came into your truworths store at the Phoenix plaza branch to purchase my clothing and when I got my items I came to the cashier to cash up asking the cashier if my items come more with I be able to pay the difference she just looked at me cause the amount that was on the lables of my clothing like I was taking a chance to steal or something cause I worked today only after work I came to yourls store around 4, then the cashier said she dnt know if I can pay the difference then she scanned my items and another female a Indian lady she is the supervisor of the store,who came and started asking questions cause I said I had a credit R1950 she looked shocked again cause the way I dressed the Indian lady then asked me how much did truworths give you credit when you opened the account how dare she ask me personal questions front of other customers check your video footage it's not right how yourls staff there treat people cause of the way the customer look or dresses up I'm going to re turn my items and im not going to support yourls Phoenix branch cause it's unfair or should I say unfortunate that I dnt look rich enough to come and buy clothes the way your staff looked at me it was shocking and uncomfortable. I don't understand why I was treated in that way cause of the cloths I used didn't meet the standards towards the cashier and the supervisor my dressing up as nothing to do with them I then got a call from the manager of the store who was so sympathetic towards me but still didnot get an apology from the supervisor. Today I visited the truworths store in stanger town and what a warm welcoming I was treated well done to stanger. I APPEAL TO ANYONE WHO BIG SIZE IN WEIGHT DNT LET ANYONE TAKE ADVANTAGE OVER YOU CAUSE OF THE WAY YOU LOOK AND DRESS UP IF I WAS A THING PERSON WHO WHO DRESSED UP IN RICH LOOKING CLOTHES HE OR SHE WITH NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED IN THAT MANOR
