I was ****med by an American company. They charged my account even after telling me it’s free items. I spoke to a consultant in a branch he advised me very disrespectfully there is nothing the bank can do. I’d appreciate if this can be resolved and my money back into my account as soon as possible please. The amount is R1400.00
A local place situated in Strandfontien called Lekker Dite. They are known for their rooti gatsbies. It’s so nice you want more and more. A full one can fill a family of 4 easy. The sauce and food on the gatsby is off the hook 😊💯

I paid for my subscription and when I go back into the app it says please prescribe. I made contact via live chat and it was said I have an account last with them in July which is impossible because I watch and used it daily in November. I then emailed support team again with the reference number 90134032. No help, all they did was ask my banking info used to pay. But to me this day no help no sports to watch Niks🗑️

I enjoyed first solar to make so good side line business. I deposit a R700 to them to start my venture. The the few days it looked really promising, until they increase the platform prices and boom you can't find the website anywhere. I can't log in nothing. R700 might sound little but it's something I worked for and entrusted a company to do the right thing. Things are already so rough and tough in South Africa right now. Why would you steal from people?
I took a ride with the Uber one of your drivers on Sunday the 5th of September 2021 and I paid cash with R180 so this morning I ordered a Uber an the app just took a R180 from my account saying I didn't pay the previous trip I'm really disappointed and want my money back ASAP!!!!
Firstly I waited almost 3 months to get documents for my policy when I first signed up. Second incident, I clearly asked that my direct debit should come out on the 28th of every month, nothing sorted everything kept and left as is, it was changed eventually. Here is where the issue lies. It was on the 30 of April 2021 I checked my bank, no payments taken. I immediately contacted the agent that signed me and and she suggested that I make a direct payment using the account details she provided. Later that night I got debited from Old mutual making a definite double payment. They checked through everything and I even sent proof with my bank details and just for them to turn around and say they got nothing. 3 months almost and not a single thing resolved. I'm really disappointed with Old mutual I had nothing but stress with this company.
Absolutely shocking services from this company. I placed my order on the 29 of Oct 2020 still not a sign of and order I emailed them-no luck. Inboxed them, they said the order is having a delay. Until now you reply. Can this company be really not do this to people in this trying times.
