I always buy Douglasdale Amasi and I've always been happy with their product. Last year December I bought the product again and it was very watery more like milk than the thick texture of Amasi. Complained to Douglasdale Dairy twice about the quality of their product, guess they said I'm crazy that's why I haven't from them. Went to Shoprite on Friday 7, Jan 2025 and saw their Amasi on sale didn't buy it opted for another brand. Will never ever buy Douglasdale dairy products again.
Woolworths online shopping is a nightmare. They could not deliver my items on the agreed date and now I have to wait for 7-14 days for a refund. Their online shopping sells mostly nothing, every item is out of stock.
Your cakes are the best and reasonably priced. My shopping is not complete without me buying cakes from Checkers Hyper - Sandton City. Hope you will pass this message to your bakers who are doing a stellar job, they are really outdoing themselves.
After reading so many bad reviews about Food Lovers Market I see I'm not the only one who bought rotten cake at FLM - Westgate. I should have suspected something was wrong when the cake did not have an expiry date coz whenever I buy food that's the first thing I look at and the fact that the price was R30. NO more FLM for me.
I'm not a complainer and when I do complain know that I'm 100% unhappy. I think about a month ago I sent an email complaining about the poor quality of Clicks Sensitive Replacement Heads I baught at Westgate Mall and I'm still waiting for a response from the supplier because I was told my complaint has been forwarded to the supplier. Today, again at Westgate I baught three Avene products just tried using the other one it's not coming out, I've been pressing it for the past 5 minutes nothing comes out. So what should I do going forward Clicks, walk past your store, take my money somewhere else?
Just came back from Ackermans, Protea Gardens branch and all your employees were not wearing masks. Called your call center immediately after having left the shop told to complain. Told the lady my complaint she then put me on hold for about a minute. When she came back she asked what is the problem and I told her again the employees are not wearing masks then she said why is it a problem??????? I said to her but it's a regulation for all to wear masks, isn't it? She said yes before dropping the phone on me. I am appalled by your employees behaviour both at Protea Gardens branch and call center. When I asked Lionel who was the only one at the till serving a 5 customers why is everyone not wearing a mask his response was they just arrived!!! And yes Lionel wax wearing a mask but his nose was not covered so what's the point?????? Your employees at Protea Gardens belittle their customers, they think so little about people who pay their salaries
