Good day The 5 star rating is for the Staff Member Aneeqah for her excellent way she dealt with my query A 1 star rating is for the store manager on duty on the 1st April A 1 star for none of the managers being available and putting staff in awkward positions should they receive irrate customers I purchased items at Truworths N1 city branch. The 1st set of items was on a store card. The 2nd set if items were cash and unfortunately the sizes were small. I misplaced the slip and took it back immediately on the 1st April. U was advised no change without a slip. Not a very pleasant staff member. I am back at the store after contacting customer service. Very duffucult getting hold of management to assist with the query.as the store manager was not available nir any area managers readily available. I asvused that i have the 1st set of slips to ascertain the dats abd approx time if purchase in order to check up on the system. The staff member struggling as no manager is available. The intent was not to purposefully discard/misplace of the slip. The condition of the items were intact Aneeqah extremely helpful fantastic customer service. She could not get hold of anyone but made me feel that she cared about my situation. Handsdown to her and it was a public holiday. My query not resolved yet but left feeling good The manager needs to learn about customer service
Its a pity thst i cannot provide a negative rating. Rawson auctions has made me realise thst the Property market needs to be regulated. I personalt as a seller us not aeare of every process and how you can be mislead without knowing Rawson does not live by their soo called value. There agents are hit and run. Rain is not the cheapest service provider. While your sim is in the courier bag it's activated and you are billed for the activation before usage The customer service does not attend to your query to resolve. The responses appears to be more scripted. This creates frustration as you need to resend emails continuously. They promised a refund which much time has elapsed. I followed up and no response Poor customer service. Not to be trusted. Misleading and agents not trained. Outsourced to buy sim by other service providers but dies not know how to activate and allocate deduction to the sim to activate. Confusing and doesn't correspond to the product marketed NO REFUND AND NOT SURE IF I'LL GET IT AS THE ONLY CONTACT US VIA EMAIL( ONLY OBE CHANNEL IF COMMUNICATION WITH PATHETIC SERVICE.
