Worst Customer Support EVER! Is there any other service provider that actually wants to help a paying customer.

After experience the worst ever service from them they finally agree to refund me my money! BUT to my surprise still no refund!!! Rain what must one do to get my own money back??.?
This is the worst service ever! on the phone now 50 min on hold drove 2 hours to collect my device and still no connection!!!!
worst company ever! We paid R1300 after the website stated its free installation Free Router! We had to pay the service provider also R1750 for installation! Now when phoning them i have to pay a other amount of R650 to activate the line! NON was communicated when signing up with them! FALSE adverti*****t be prepared to pay approx. R5000 for fibre when choosing them as a ISP!!!! By the looks at the Hello Peter rating we should have just known!!!!
So frustrating to get hold of The Grove Computer Mania, tried phoning no luck – Okay maybe loadshedding is a thing but started to chat to the online person which gave me incorrect numbers 2 times (People not working there anymore & Private number) – Then got the number of the General manager no answer! I have even send a mail to : grove@computermania.co.za !! NO Response!!
Honestly I don't even think it is a one star worth! This morning I went to Puma Garage Murrayhill and bought a few items there. One of the items was 2 R35 Cell C airtime went to work after a while I wanted to load the airtime and it says invalid looked at the slips again its dated 2022-11-09 Time 09:13:38 - Phoned them or a Errie and explained to him the situation that I am at work and need to send the airtime to my Husband during load shedding in order for him to continue working, no unfortunately I will have to come in - After my call ended with him I called Sarie and she managed to let him send other ones after namouras calls and WhatsApp's to him and remember I am the client after all I paid for the airtime - Just to received a message that they did me a favor by replacing the airtime, Errie also confirmed on call that the airtime is used, so what struck me most is they are in service delivering industry but jeeeez there is no service WORST SERVICE
To whom it may concern, I can’t even explain how furious i am about this order of mine. I have facebook message the branch (Burger Bistro Montana Magalieskruin) on Facebook no response I have marked a complaint at Mnr Delivery and still nothing. We have ordered food on the 31 August 2021 (Order Number DFD73774883) and it was a disaster! Attached is what we received! We received lays lightly salted chips with all our food after I phoned the store to hear what is taking so long with our order they informed me the food is on its way. How do you deliver a service and deliver an order with lays chips instead of potato chips, with not notifying the client I find this highly unacceptable also the amount that we spend per order with you. Complete order R504.83. Hope to clear up this urgently.
