I have 3 policies with them but never not even once use their points but they all gone without explanation I'm thinking of canceling them my investment are not safe if they still from customers

Th service, I received at parkcentral jhb was so bad which, I end up not buying everything I needed, cashiers attitude suck,mixed items others with no price tag ,yooo it was bad to the point of wanting to cancel my account. Snethemba

At Engen garage Phola mall in Mpumalanga today no one bothered to attendant to me ,I ask a stranger to help me with my wheels,I was so angry didn't even put fuel, their savings is bad ,they dnt chech who came 1st,petrol attendant where busy chatting.

Useless bank ever,never got any help from them, criminal get in and our of you're account,then tell you to open the case they can't help you, my money is gone without anyone taking responsibility, they say is my fault, how can I lodge a complain knowing very well I'm at fault...Capitec bank is a scam
