Dishonest People
I always had trust in this company but recently I was robbed by one of their employees Lovejoy Chakawonesu a Zimbabwe guy 0731176124 in Krugersdorp CBD, he drives a First Help Vehicle DK 57 GM GP , who stole my Audi A3 Front Bumper using their First Help vehicle but when I kept following him he comes with stories of not having keys of the garage where he kept the bumper, at first I didn't take it seriously because I knew I would track him, I called his Manager Deric in Krugersdorp who spoke to him but still got the same excuse and but got back to me and promised that the matter will be solved soon. Never trust this brand I swear, what kind of company does not have policy in place to avoid such nonsense, necessary discipline should have been taken against this, am sure it's not the first time he does it and in the name of First Help but empty promises when you call them.

Sim Card Suspended for no reason
Please note my cell number has been suspended and i was told to visit vodacom in order for them to assist me, i visited the vodacom store in Krugersdorp, Cradle Stone Mall, twice already with no luck, at the Vodacom store i was told to do a sim swap to fix the problem, i was then charged for sim swap that did not even solve my problem. i then tried to contact Vodacom call center and i was told that i must go to the store again to do RICA, when i got to the store they told me that i cannot do RICA i have to visit Vodacom head office since they are a branch, what a waste of time and staff that do not know they job.
